A plastic surgery-addicted social media star who boasts 'the world's fattest vagina' has revealed she identifies as a gay man named Sebastian Pickles.
OnlyFans model Mary Magdalene opened up about her gender identity during an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, and also said she's considering silicone implants on her legs to achieve a more muscular look.
'I was born a woman but have always felt like a flamboyant gay man, so I identify as a man,' the 25-year-old explained.

'I am Sebastian Pickles, but it is not a big deal to me what you want to call me.'
Mary said she has no need for a penis implant, but is considering changing her legs after getting liposuction to make them skinny.
'I have [liposuctioned] my legs four times to make them very skinny,' she told a fan.
'I might try out the muscular-legs look with my implants to see if I like the look on me, but I don't know yet,' she continued.
Mary previously revealed she often gets mistaken for a transgender woman.

'Do you know how many rappers have hit me up and been like, "Oh, are you TS?" They think I'm trans,' she told the No Jumper podcast.
'Lots of people think I'm transsexual.'
Mary became a social media sensation in 2018 after she almost died during an operation to enlarge her vagina.
'I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die,' she previously told The Sun.
Explaining the bizarre procedure on No Jumper, Mary said she wanted her nether regions to look 'inflated' so she could have 'the world's fattest vagina'.
'So basically there's this contraption that you use and it sucks your p***y and then it makes it very inflated, so I told the doctor that I just want it permanently to look like that,' she said.
The voluptuous star said her enhanced vagina now looks like male testicles from certain angles due to the way it 'pushes out'.
'I would say it's a female ball sack,' she giggled. 'I'm gonna keep just growing it and getting it bigger. I'm gonna get injections.'

Her vagina isn't the only enlarged part of her body, with Mary also sporting an extreme butt and breast implants.
Her implants are currently 5000cc, but she also has expanders in her chest to keep her breasts growing bigger.
The heavily tattooed model had her first procedure done at the age of 21, when she was working as a stripper and escort.
Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and boob jobs, veneers, liposuction, butt injections and three Brazilian butt lifts.

Last week, she had a fourth nose job to create a 'Barbie nose', along with cat-eye surgery and eyebrow implants.
She also had her teeth filed down to get porcelain veneers.
'My face is still scabbed and bruised but for the most part I no longer feel any pain,' she wrote on Instagram as she flaunted the results of her latest procedures.
'It's exciting waking up every day and seeing swelling go down! Every day my nose is looking tinier than the day before. I am so happy!'

Mary gushed about her love of plastic surgery, insisting she even enjoys 'the ugly parts' of the healing process.
'Just how people are really into extreme sports and go hiking in the mountains... I am really into extreme surgeries and go hiking into the plastic surgeon's office,' she said.
'As silly and dumb as that sounds, surgery truly is one of my passions and hobbies. I do not need anything per se; I just literally love the whole process of it.'

The voluptuous star was originally believed to be in Russia for her surgeries, but she has since revealed she had her latest surgeries performed in Turkey.
Mary, who grew up as a devout Christian, previously had more than one million followers on TikTok before her account was deleted for violating content guidelines.
She now works as an OnlyFans performer and professional artist, selling colourful self portraits online to fans and art lovers.

Analyses of cast and introital measurements revealed: (1) posterior cast length is significantly longer, anterior cast length is significantly shorter and cast width is significantly larger in Hispanics than in the other two groups and (2) the Caucasian introitus is significantly greater than that of the Afro-American subject. When compared among races, the pumpkin seed shape was found to be specific to African-American women [23]. To me, the most interesting data compared vaginal shapes among 23 African-American, 39 Caucasian, and 15 Hispanic women. The researchers found that the Hispanic ladies’ vaginas were wider overall, longer in the back, and shorter in the front than the vaginas of the other women. The study also noted that the Caucasian women had a much larger vaginal opening than did the African American women. So basically, Caucasian women tend to have longer vaginas at the front of the body (anterior), shorter at the rear. Hispanics tend to have larger overall width (what you would term tightness) with the shortest length. African women tend overall to have the smallest width (tightest).

Following rigorous competition and more than 130,000 voters, the World’s Most Beautiful Vagina Contest anointed a champion this week. It was a strange, difficult-to-gauge event—but that’s why organizers turned to scientists to tell us what it all means.
U.K. resident Nell, 27, won first place and $5,000 in the pageant with a vulva beauty ranking of 7.7 out of 10. Jenny, 23, of Bavaria, Germany, took second place with a 7.3; and Anita, 20, from Hungary, came in third. They each earned $2,500 and $1,250, respectively.
The contest was sponsored by Brian Sloan, who is also the manufacturer of the Autoblow 2 . It’s known as “the first truly realistic alternative to traditional pleasure products for men,” according to the its website .
These winners will also be flown out to Los Angeles, where their vulvas will be 3D-scanned to later be reproduced for the Autoblow device.
Sloan contracted a group of data scientists to analyze the contest’s findings for their scientific implications. The data was then compiled in “ The Vulva Paper .”

The Vulva Paper’s website says scientists “used the contest data to assess the diversity in vulval morphology and voters’ preference for different morphologies.” A total of 182 women participated in the contest; 110 entries were examined for the study (if measurements could not be taken from the photo, the entry was not considered).
The scientists viewed each entry on a 15-inch computer screen, zooming in “until the genitalia were easily measured using a screen ruler,” read the paper .
They measured labia majora length, labia minora length, and clitoral hood length.
Finally, the scientists rated the complexity of the labia minora; they used the three categories of rugosity (smooth, moderate, marked) to do so. To prevent vaginal bias, the same person also conducted all of these measurements. The scientists later used this research to classify the contest’s entries into six different categories of “vulval morphology.”

As far as methodology is concerned, a random assortment of entries was sent to each voter, who was then asked to rate the vulva pictured on a scale from 1 to 10. These voters were only able to rank one photo at a time, but could also vote on an unlimited number of entries. The scientists compiled 2,766,671 ratings from 134,707 contest voters.
“To reduce individual biases, we centered each voter’s ratings using their mean and standard deviation. This allowed us to reflect the preferences of voters on the same scale,” read the study .
According to the paper , each voter rated 21 photos, on average. Each vulva also received 15,285 votes, on average.
The study also found that “roughly 51% of voters preferred the first two classes of non-protruding, simple labia. The other 49% favored the four more complex vulva classes.”
“As expected from the rankings that we saw at the country and local levels, Class 1 vulvas are preferred over the others more often. But the combined percentages of voters who preferred more complex classes of vulvas far outweighed those who preferred the simplest style.”
The winners’ photos, however, were not included in the study—having been among the participants whose photos were not able to be considered. Moreover, the “doggy style” posture featured in these entries made it difficult for the scientists to complete the necessary measurements.
“Indeed, pictures depicting contest entrants in a doggy style position obtained ratings 2 points higher on average (p <0.001) than others. Other features, like piercings in the clitoral hood, didn’t affect the ratings,” read the study .
So basically, the “doggy style” photos generated “influential excitement” among the contest’s voters—an important competitive advantage for all future entrants to consider.
