Women with hairy bums?

When I was in high school I succumbed to peer pressure and began shaving my bum. Looking back there was absolutely no need for me too. I had barely anything there! But my friends would say all body hair was disgusting. so like a sheep I followed the crowd. 10 years later i'm paying for it.

Its grown back thicker, hairier and its even on the cheeks. I've spent the last few years constantly shaving (which has made it worse) or using hair removal creams. For the first time in a long time ive gone all natural with the intention of getting my first wax. but after seeing how bad it is I'm too embarrassed to go. Has anyone else got this problem or am I the only one?

Please tell me I wont be the first woman in history to walk into a salon with a mans butt? Will waxing even help? or will it always grow back this bad?

(I should of had a few wines before posting this I'm that mortified!)
