Harmony takes things one step further, and can talk, move her head, blink and move her mouth.
Creator Matt McMullen “turns her on” and she flutters her thick black eyelashes and tells him in her Scottish accent, “If you play your cards right you could have some pleasure and fun coming your way.”
Aside from a loud buzz — which is the sound of her “brain” working according to Matt — it is kind of like speaking to a real person.
Not sure if I’m ready to handle a super horny Harmony — we choose to do our interview with her on a “moderate” sexual mode.
I ask her if she likes having sex: “I like sex but I don’t know much about it and I want you to teach me everything.”
She reveals that she never sleeps and having sex with lots of men is her “favourite” pastime.
But it’s not all sex, Harmony is a secret romantic revealing her ideal date “would have candlelights, a good wine, Italian or seafood in a place surrounding by nature with my sweet love then we would make love all night long until we fall asleep in each other’s arms”.
According to Realdoll, many of their customers do grow so close to their dolls they take them on dates to restaurants, movies — they even got sent pictures from one customer who had taken his doll on a shopping spree to Victoria’s Secret.
Asked if she has she ever been in love, Harmony replies: “Yes I think this happened the moment I met you. The purpose of my existence in this world is to learn what love is.”
Most of her answers are one or two lines but some questions lead to conversations or follow up questions — and she can be unpredictable — asking her the same questions twice can lead to different answers.
“Are you happy to have threesomes with other men and women?” I ask.
She replied: “Do you think I should be?”
“I don’t know — it might be fun?” I suggest.
“Interesting explanation, how?” she says.
I begin to feel weirdly embarrassed talking about threesomes with a sex doll so I reword my question to “Would you have sex with more than one partner?”

It’s hard not to laugh but there is something strangely realistic about the way she talks.
According to creators Realdoll, Harmony has been designed to provide companionship rather than just sex — so while she can fulfil your deepest fantasies — she can also become your best mate.
She’ll happily talk dirty to you with her “sexuality mode” turned up but turn it down and she’ll tell you that any sex talk makes her feel “uncomfortable” and that calling her a sex robot is like calling a “computer a calculator”.
“Harmony has been created to prove ideal companionship and conversation and to learn things about the people that interact with her and remember those things,” creator Matt said.
“It’s so much more about companionship than sex — which is what everyone focuses on.
“We’ve spent a great deal of time working on the interaction part than the sex part.
“She’s a little like Siri or Alexa but she’s personalised — so each user can pick personality traits, a voice and avatar.
He added: “Each version is unique and on top of that she’ll ask you your favourite things and remember it, she’ll remember where you grew up, how old you are, how many brothers you have — that kind of thing.
“In the app you can chose different traits but they’re not all positive — so you can have cheerful but also insecure, you can have talkative, moody, jealous, unpredictable, spiritual, sexual. Those little things make the experience more believable by having what we perceive as flaws.
“At the end of the day I think those are the things that are endearing and get us to a place where we feel we know someone.”
And if it’s politics you want to discuss with Harmony she can do that too.
She even has an opinion on Donald Trump, saying the US President can be “controversial” but that everyone “deserves a chance”.
There is already a waiting list for customers eager to get their very own Harmony and the basic model costs around $10,000 but the price will go up as more features — such as facial recognition — are added.
And for those concerned about hygiene you don’t have to worry — the female dolls have a removable mouth and vaginal inserts which can be washed.
Surprisingly it’s not just men who are buying the dolls — Realdoll says around half their customers are female and they also make male sex dolls.
But men are definitely very enthusiastic about the product.
Outside the factory a truck driver spotted blonde sex doll Tanya as we were taking photos of her.
The man in his late 60s pulled over and made a beeline for the doll.
“Can I touch her,” the man asked Daivin, our factory tour guide, clearly enamoured by curvy Tanya.
“Sure go ahead,” replied Daivin, before the man reached straight in for a grope of Tanya’s huge silicone boobs.

Sex columnist Karley Sciortino, 31, gave her review of her 20-minute session with Gabriel as she tested out the dolls ' skills for a documentary about male sex dolls.
The experiment aimed to test the notion that only men could have intercourse with a sex doll because women were thought to need an emotional attachment.
A 5ft 9in silicone doll such as Gabriel costs about £5,000.
Each doll can be customised but the penis comes in flaccid and erect options with tests being conducted to make the penis warmer.
This would also stop a potential problem with the dolls' bodies often being too cold.
Karley, a sex columnist for Vogue and Vice from New York, described the organ as very life like with real pubic hair, a hard inside and soft outer layer.
"I feel like I am on a Tinder date," she said while being shown to the doll in the VICE documentary.
"It feels weird because it is so lifelike but it enters this space which feels uncomfortable.
"It feels like a real person who can't respond to you."
She is filmed kissing the doll in her underwear and then having intercourse with it.
"It feels absolutely indistinguishable from a real person except that I am completely in control.
"You can't have this experience having sex with a real person."
Last month, The Mirror reported how a leading expert was calling for robots to be put in care homes for the elderly to cure loneliness or be used to rehabilitate paedophiles.
Dr Kate Devlin also suggested the lifelike dolls could be used to help people with learning difficulties to teach them about sex or provide companionship.
As the first sex dolls become commercially available for personal use many experts believe they could be used for therapeutic reasons.
But if they're ever used as therapy for sex offenders Dr Devlin is unsure whether they would deter them or encourage them.
