To give a woman a head start in any competition is nothing more than an overt act of 'tokenism'. No. Not all girls. I mean, when you think about it, something big and hard is going inside their mouth. If she is really horny then yes she might be willing to do it for you. But even so, some girls prefer not to do it as much. Although, I think that the majority of girls don't mind doing it if it makes their man feel good and also can arouse them as well.
