A 31-year-old new mom and OnlyFans creator was born with double reproductive systems.
During her 8 years as an escort, she used her left vagina for work and right for pleasure.
Now, she's rediscovering her left for pleasure, telling Insider she hopes to find a second G-spot.
For years, Evelyn neglected her vagina - her left one, that is.
As someone with uterus didelphys, a condition that can cause people to be born with double reproductive organs, Evelyn largely relied on her right vagina for pleasure. That side, she found, provided easier orgasms.
And while she used her left vagina during her eight years as a sex worker to save the right for her personal life, "that was never enjoyable," said Evelyn, a 31-year-old in Australia who uses a pseudonym to protect her safety. "Sex work is work, you never feel good."
But recently, the new mom and OnlyFans creator is exploring the left hole as potentially pleasurable. Figuring out what she likes on that side "is sort of like being a virgin again," she told Insider.
Evelyn knew something was different about her body when she first got her period, and tampons wouldn't work. When she began having sex, "it felt really, really different each time."
But Evelyn didn't learn what was different until her early 20s, when she sought an abortion and clinicians couldn't find the embryo. When they did, revealing another reproductive system, "it felt good knowing what was wrong with me."
Her condition, uterus didelphys, affects about 1 in 3,000 women worldwide. Reproductive anamolies like it can manifest in many ways since the reproductive tract forms from two groups of cells on each side of the body, Dr. Stephanie Ros , an OB-GYN at the University of South Florida, told Insider.
The cells are supposed to fuse in the center in utero, but that "can go wrong in many ways," Ros said. Evelyn's two sides remained unfused, but her outward anatomy is "normal." Some people have one vagina and two cervixes, and some have the reverse.
A double uterus doesn't always affect fertility, but it can increase the risk of miscarriage, early birth, and placental complications.
Evelyn, a nurse by training, spent eight years as an escort, a legal profession in Australia that she said she just fell into. The money, travel, and lifestyle all made it "really great," she said.
Her double-Vs were also a perk, though usually, clients didn't even know about the extra machinery. "When a person locates one vagina they often don't look to the right or left and notice a second," she said in a Reddit post . Evelyn could maneuver her body or use her hands to guide the person toward the left hole, she told Insider.
A couple times, however, clients discovered her secret. Once, a gynecologist became fascinated with her anatomy. "It became a bit like a medical exam. That was horrible," she said. Another man was convinced she'd had a botched sex change. "He was so distraught, he couldn't get out of there quick enough," she said.
Only early this year did Evelyn open up about about her condition. "Once I realized it wasn't going to hinder me and it wasn't a condition that I hated, that's when i came out publicly about having two," she said. "It just sort of blew up." Her story was covered by the Daily Mail , the Daily Star , and plenty of Australian news outlets.
Now, on OnlyFans, her double anatomy is celebrated, writing on Twitter: "I can f--k in one or both same time. I can fall pregnant in either or both at the same time. Wanna see triple penetration?"
She told Insider she hasn't found a second G-spot yet. "I'll keep looking."

A woman who was born with a rare condition has revealed what it’s really like to live with two vaginas.
Leanne, from Arizona, has uterus didelphys, a condition that can lead to a woman developing two uteruses and two cervixes.
In a TikTok video posted to her account, The Lady Leanne , she revealed what it was like living with double of everything, which has gone viral with over 300k views.
She said: “My body is about to blow your mind, in a weird way.
“Essentially, I was born with extra body parts, I was born with two vaginas, two uteruses, and two cervixes.”
She answered some of the most asked questions she receives.
Having two sets of reproductive organs also means Leanne has two periods but luckily, they usually come at the same time.
She explained: “I have to have my two periods, that sucks, they usually come at the same time but sometimes not.
“I also have to get two pap smears, which sucks, it’s not comfortable.
“I wear two tampons, like I said, whatever one woman does – I do it twice.”
Leanne also spoke candidly about the difficulties of getting pregnant with her condition, saying it is a high-risk pregnancy.
“It’s never worked out for me, and that’s ok, it would have to be a c-section.”
She explained that technically, she could get pregnant by two different men at the same time, with each baby being carried in different uteruses.
But this is only likely to happen if done within the same week – and it’s not something she’s looking to try and do.
Many people have asked Leanne exactly how her two vaginas look, one asked: “Okay but are the V’s side by side? on top of each other? I’m confused as to how that looks.”
“I’m so curious as to what that could possibly look like seriously,” added another user.
In another TikTok video , Leanne showed a diagram comparing how her vaginas look compared to someone with one vagina.
Leanne shared how her vagina looks just like others on the outside but that there are two tunnels with a septum down the middle which separates them.
Each tunnel leads to a different cervix and uterus, but other than that it’s practically the same.
Lenane is sharing her story to raise awareness about the condition and has many videos that go in-depth about living with uterus didelphys.
Many viewers praised her for her bravery in telling her story.

A third commented: “I’m 54 and never heard of this in my life. Thanks for sharing something so personal.”

An Australian woman has gone viral on OnlyFans after fans and subscribers discovered her interesting and unique biological trait: she has two vaginas!
Evelyn Miller , a 30-year-old from Queensland, reportedly learned that she had what’s called “uterus didelphys” during a doctor’s visit more than a decade ago. According to the Mayo Clinic , that very rare condition occurs when the two small tubes that make up the uterus in a fetus fail to fuse together prior to childbirth and instead remain separate, creating two tubes that don’t join completely.
Several years after Miller was told of her condition, and following a failed relationship, she started working as an escort. In her sex work, she found that it was easier for her mentally to quite literally separate business and pleasure, if you will. Physically, she found it “handy for endurance,” too. Wow!!
As she explained in an interview with Australian media, escorting work eventually led to an opportunity with OnlyFans — where she’s become a big star! Miller said:
“”When I got into a relationship it was better for me to separate the two — to use one vagina for work and one for personal life, which made the work a lot easier emotionally and physically for me. After I quit this, I started OnlyFans, filming adult content with both vaginas — and it’s been very, very successful.”
Good for her! Get paid, girl! She explained more about her experience in sex work with her rare condition, saying:
“To me it’s my normal and I never really thought it was that intriguing, but apparently it’s very intriguing. I guess not many people can say they use one vagina for work and one for personal life. It was helpful with work to be able to have a whole other vagina. It was handy for endurance — if I had a lot of bookings and I was getting uncomfortable in one, I could just use the other one.”
FWIW, Miller says her “right vagina” is slightly more comfortable during sex. News.com.au reports that “she can orgasm using that one,” too, so she generally reserves it for her personal relationships.
Throughout her work escorting, she found that clients were “mind blown” with her anatomy, explaining:
“Some clients I will tell and they don’t believe me at first until I show them and then they’re completely mind blown. They ask to try it out, look at it and put their fingers in it — all of those things. I had a couple of clients find out — one was a gynecologist and he was able to feel the difference and he then turned it into a medical exam.”
Miller, who the outlet reports also owns an advertising business, found viral success on OnlyFans, where paying subscribers have been interested in seeing her:
“A lot of people want to see it on Only Fans because it’s strange — they [subscribers] can’t believe it — they say that they had to sign up to have a look, it’s crazy. People want novelty and something different — I don’t think anyone’s ever made porn with two vaginas before.”
And now, Miller has a child — and is pregnant with her second one! Back while pregnant with her first child last year, the former escort explained:
“I’ve had so much more intrigue than I thought — people have just been completely taken back by it. After I got pregnant I thought I’d talk about it more because the condition won’t affect me having a child — so I don’t really hate it. If I’d had complications I probably wouldn’t have been so open about it.”
