Black widows don't only exist in the movies. A shocking number of people have deliberately committed gruesome actions during the most intimate moments. Then there are individuals who walked the line between pleasure and pain and came out on the nefarious side. As these cases of women who have taken a life during intercourse prove, passion can easily get out of hand.
Sometimes people naturally pass during the most intimate of acts. But sometimes, these horrific acts were emotionally fueled lapses in judgment. In other instances, participants were terminated due to the volatile nature of the acts they were attempting. And in a few cases, these women derived pleasure from dispatching their lovers. Whatever the circumstances, these gruesome stories of women who ended someone's life - or tried to - during intercourse are undeniably fascinating .
A woman in Munich known as Gabriele P. tied her partner to the bed to spice things up - but the encounter ended with her allegedly hacking him with a circular saw. The incident happened in 2008, but the body wasn't discovered until 2017. The anonymous woman had hidden the man's remains in the attic, where they were discovered by a new boyfriend.
The woman's lawyer says she admits to the nefarious deed .
In 2014, Lisa Shuler pled guilty and received a 45-year sentence after a role-playing session went very wrong. Shuler allegedly invited Charles Pierce over to take part in a rape fantasy but then used her gun against him at close range.
Shuler later admitted to their previously existing relationship; she was apparently worried that Pierce had incriminating photos of the two of them together, which he might show her husband.
Jessica Burlew was 16 when she strangled a 43-year-old partner during intercourse in 2014. She told investigators that they had engaged in choking and cutting during intimate relations prior and that he did not use the safe word. Burlew admitted to ending him and maintained that it was an accident.
Although she was sentenced to 10 years, activist groups have intervened on Burlew's behalf , citing her as a victim of sexual exploitation.
Joanne Dennehy went on a spree across the United Kingdom in 2014, terminating three men and wounding two more. She was eventually caught, but not before she had inflicted plenty of damage. Before he was ended, one of her victims told his friend that Dennehy wanted to "dress me up and rape me." Another man who survived said she had told him, "I want my fun. I need you to get my fun." Another man was stabbed 40 times.
A consultant forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Frank Farnham, assessed Dennehy after police apprehended her. He concluded that she is a sadomasochist who receives sexual pleasure from inflicting torture and humiliation.

GREEN BAY, WI – A 24 year-old Wisconsin woman has been charged with the gruesome murder of a man she allegedly killed during a sexual encounter while high on methamphetamine, after which she dismembered her unlucky lover, hiding his body parts – including his head, penis, legs, and others – throughout his mother’s property.
Police responded to a Green Bay home at 3:30 a.m. on February 23, after a resident living there reported finding her son’s decapitated head in a bucket, officials say; she had made the horrific discovery after being woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of a slamming door.
Taylor Schabusiness had reportedly been the last person to see the 25 year-old victim alive; officers found her at a nearby home on Eastman Avenue with dried blood on her clothes. When police asked her what had happened to the victim – who authorities have not yet identified by name – she reportedly replied, “That is a good question.”
A search of Schabusiness’ van revealed a crockpot filled with human remains, including legs; a search of the victim’s mother’s property turned up a plethora of grisly finds, including the upper part of a torso in a storage tote, a penis in a bucket, blood, “body fluids,” and bloody knives.
Officials say that Schabusiness told police that she and the victim had been smoking meth before going to his mother’s house. At that point they engaged in bizarre sexual activity involving chains and dog collars, during which she went “crazy” and began to choke the man.

According to the complaint, Schabusiness she said she enjoyed choking her partner, while insisting that she did not mean to kill him; nonetheless, she said that she kept going as the victim’s face turned purple and blood came out of his mouth.
She then allegedly played with the corpse for “two to three hours” after his death, using several knives – including a bread knife, “because of the serrated blade” – to dismember the body.
Prosecutors noted that Schabusiness told the officers that they’d “have fun trying to find all of the organs,” but blamed herself for being “paranoid and lazy” for not taking the victim’s head with her when she left.
“I can’t believe I left the head, though,” she said
On Tuesday, Schabusiness was arraigned in Brown County Court via a video conference on charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and third-degree sexual assault. She is currently being held on two-million cash bond, and is scheduled to make her next court appearance in three weeks.

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Anastazia Schmid was a free woman Tuesday – more than 18 years after she stabbed her boyfriend 39 times.
Schmid, 45, is not the same person she was on March 4, 2001, when she killed Tony Heathcote, according to those who advocated for Schmid.
Heathcote was defenseless against the attack because he was blindfolded and restrained as part of a consensual sex game the couple was playing, according to a case history included in a U.S. District Court's May 15 ruling that overturned Schmid's murder conviction.
During this sex game, Schmid went into a psychotic break from reality, according to a U.S. District Court. During the attack, Schmid heard a voice telling her that Heathcote was evil and needed to be eliminated.
She will be on parole for two years
On Monday, Schmid pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter.
She received an 44-year, 299-day sentence. With credit for good behavior and other time-cut credits, the new sentence amounted to time served.
Schmid was released Tuesday morning, Tippecanoe County Prosecutor Patrick Harrington said.
She will be on parole for two years, according to the court's sentencing order. If she violates parole, she can be sent back to prison to serve the 18 years she received off her sentence for good behavior.
Even if the U.S. District Court had not ordered the murder conviction vacated, Schmid only had two years remaining on a 50-year sentence she received in November 2002 (accounting for good behavior and other time-cut credits).
The U.S. District Court found that Schmid was mentally unfit for trial and unable to understand what was happening in the courtroom because of ineffective counsel.
That U.S. District Court ruling sent the case back to Tippecanoe County to decide how to proceed.
Ironically, Harrington offered Schmid the same plea agreement for voluntary manslaughter that she was offered in 2002 by then Prosecutor Jerry Bean.
In 2002, Schmid and prosecutors accepted that plea, but then Schmid's newly hired attorney rejected the agreement, and the case went to trial.
During Monday's hearing, Schmid took responsibility for the killing and expressed remorse, Harrington said.
"She apologized to the victim's family," Harrington said, noting that Heathcote's father and stepmother were in the courtroom.
Now that she's out of prison, Schmid will live in the Indianapolis area, Harrington said.
She's taken advantage of prison programs to earn an associate and bachelor's degrees, and she's enrolled in a master's degree program at IUPUI, Harrington said, noting Schmid has a full scholarship to IUPUI.
Whereas most offenders stand before a judge and pledge to make the most of prison programs to change their lives, Schmid proved it, Harrington said, summarizing Tippecanoe County Judge Steve Meyer's assessment of Schmid during the sentencing phase of Monday's hearing.
Schmid's supporters touted how she got her education in prison, participated in programs for mental health, and when there were no programs available, she started programs inside prison to help other prisoners struggling with mental health, Harrington said.

HORRIFYING new details have emerged of how a 21-year-old woman killed her boyfriend during a sex game - then cut up his body, severing his genitals.
Anastasia Onegina initially denied killing lover Dmitry Sinkevich, 24, formerly a policeman and conscript soldier in the Russian army, but has now confessed, say law enforcement sources.
The barman died from asphyxiation during a BDSM sex game in the flat the couple shared in Oryol, investigators have established.
Earlier another man - her husband - had died in suspicious circumstances soon after their wedding, it was reported.
After Sinkevich died, the student confessed she used a large kitchen knife to cut off his genitals and his cheeks, chop up his limbs and his fingers and toes, as well as gouge out his insides.
Some body parts she threw to in the rubbish bins outside, and others she put in her freezer.
Others were hanging on hooks around the flat like in a butcher’s shop.
A neighbour call Lyubov who saw inside her flat after the death and dismembering said: “I managed to see how it was…
“His meat was hanging on hooks, but they did not allow me to stop and look too closely.
“His hands and feet in the trash, guts in a package in the refrigerator, fingers are scattered across the flat.”
As Anastasia Onegina was cutting up his body, her sister Ksenia called her on her phone and asked what she was doing.
“I’m dismembering my boyfriend,” she said.
Ksenia called their parents who alerted police.
After the death of her husband, she was sentenced to a psychiatric hospital for one and a half years, but was then released.
A court has now ordered her to undergo psychiatric tests as the murder investigation continues.
Earlier this week it was reported that she denied killing her boyfriend but admitted cutting him up.
She initially said she found his dead body and was afraid she would be accused of murder, so decided to butcher his corpse.
Later she admitted to police she had killed him during a sex game.
In the dead man’s social media profile he had written: ”In love with Anastasia Onegina.”
His profile showed he was subscribed to a satanist group and he posted pictures linked to the devil.
A picture showed him in his policeman's uniform in 2015.
On her online account, Onegina wrote: “I only want 3 things in this world: See you. Hug you. Kiss you.”
One report said: "Her classmates say she was a bit crazy since childhood.
“She is from the family with many children, her dad is a policeman.
“The question is, how could she be left without custody and supervision by the relevant authorities?
“The most interesting thing is that she gives the impression of quite a normal girl.'

People living nearby said the couple “made a lot of noise”.
One report stated: "Neighbours said that they held weekly orgies, and complained about them.

He died and was dismembered later the same day.
