Q Good day, Doc, I am a 27-year-old woman, and I have had a pretty vigorous sex life. But now I would like to marry, settle down and have children.

Three months ago, I met a handsome and well-off young man from a European country. I think he is 10 years older than me. He told me that he loves me, and I think I am a little in love with him. He wants to marry me next year, when he gets his mother's permission.

But there is a slight problem, Doc. In the early weeks of our relationship, sex with him was good, and everything seemed normal. But in the last four weeks, I have noticed something very disturbing.

Whenever we are in the bedroom, he wants me to order him around. He likes me to say crazy things to him, like 'I order you to get onto the bed' and sometimes, 'I order you to have sex with me.'

Even stranger is that when we have finished having sex, he wishes me to say to him: 'That was no good at all! You must do better next time!' In other words, he wants me to criticise him, and say that he is useless.

When we are in bed he keeps calling me 'Mistress'. And he keeps apologising for things he has done - and asks me to punish him!

A It is quite simple. This guy is what is called a 'submissive' or 'sub'. That is quite common in certain countries.

Men who have this particular sexual trait are desperate to be dominated by women. In fact, they like nothing better than to be bossed around by the type of woman who is known as a 'dominatrix'.

If you want an indication of just how popular this kind of behaviour is, just Google the word 'dominatrix.' You will find that there are more than 240 million websites which relate to that expression!

And in certain cities, such as New York and London, there are literally thousands of women who make an excellent living by offering 'domination' services to men who are willing to pay good money to be bossed about.

In domination relationships, there is usually a strong element of masochism. In other words, the man often wants to be smacked or flogged by the woman. I forecast that your new guy will soon want you to smack him or cane him. Not many women are keen on doing this!

Also, it is very common for submissive men to want to be tied up by their partners. As I expect you know, this is called 'bondage'. Very often, they ask the woman to tie them to the bed while she does various sexual (or sometimes painful) things to him.

Now why on earth is your new boyfriend like this? No one really knows, though it does appear likely that it's something to do with his upbringing - or events that happened when he was young. I note that although your boyfriend must be around 37, he feels that he has to seek his mother's permission to get married. That does suggest that maybe he is 'under her thumb!'

In case you are wondering, I do not think there is any psychiatric treatment which will cure a man of being a submissive. So really, you just have to decide whether you want to spend your life with a man who wishes for you to treat him like dirt!

In view of the fact that you say that you are 'a little in love' with him, I cannot honestly say that he sounds like the ideal groom for you.

Q I just got married to a woman who is nine years younger than I am and I love her, Doc. But I am surprised to find that sex with her is very difficult. Basically, everything is too tight and she says that it hurts.

Can you advise? Is it some physical disorder?

A That is possible. But there is also a good chance that she has the psychological condition called vaginismus, in which women get a kind of 'muscle contract' whenever any approach is made to the vagina.

Your best move now is to ask her to come with you to a sympathetic doctor who is an expert in female problems. Research suggests that in these cases, it is often best to pick a female doctor. This is because she will be able to help the woman learn how to relax her vagina, and to enjoy the feelings from it.

Q Good day, Doc. I read some time ago that it would be possible to donate one's body for medical research.

I have tried without success to find out about this. Can you assist me further?

A I am sorry that it has taken me some time to answer your question. This is not my usual field, so I had to consult with a few of my colleagues.

It is a noble thing you wish to do - donating your body for medical research or perhaps the training of medical students. You should contact the Section Head of the Basic Medical Sciences Section at the University. The telephone number is 977-2560.

Q My husband of seven years and I are having serious problems with sex, and it doesn't look like it will go away.

He seems not to believe that I am satisfied with him making intense love to me. He does not understand that I need no one else to give me the passion.

He has committed adultery, I must admit that I love him, but he is a snake! I will never be able to trust him again, as I feel he is still having affairs.

Also, he has got another child since we got married. But he claims that that relationship was 'just supposed to be a thing and nothing serious.'

I feel like I am burdening him down, and he is fed up with my jealous ways.

A Well, sounds like you have a lot to be jealous about! I am afraid that this marriage is in serious trouble. From my experience, I would say that the only way of saving it would be for both of you to enter a course of marital counselling from an experienced therapist, counsellor, or minister of religion.

Please try and persuade him to go with you. If he won't cooperate, then I fear that divorce is very much in the cards.

Q I recently had an affair with a guy from St Catherine, and since then I have had a yellow discharge. I am very sore, Doc, and just inside I am raw and painful.

Is this yeast? I have tried yeast remedies, but no luck.

A It is much more likely you have the infection called 'trichomonas.' Please see a doctor for tests and treatment.

Outrageous footage shows powerlifter carrying hapless motorist over her should before stuffing him in the back of her car
A MALE driver appears to have been caught on video suffering the road rage wrath of Siberia's strongest woman after "cutting in front of her in a shopping mall car park".
Powerlifter Oksana Kosheleva, 34, pulled him out of his vehicle, carried him over her shoulder, and dumped him in the boot of her own car, before giving him a kick.
Then she drove him out of the car park and threw him out on the side of the road.
Famous in Siberia for her exploits pulling trucks, trams and helicopters to show her strength, she was infuriated when the driver - only identified as Artyom - cut in front of her doing a handbrake turn.
The incident was caught on video by Artyom's friends who were filming his supposedly clever motoring skills in the car park in Irkutsk.
Kosheleva said: "It all happened suddenly. I was in this situation for the first time.
"When he turned in front of me, I yelled at him: 'What are you doing? We're in a car park!'
"He mumbled something and I came out to understand what he was talking about.
She told him: "You should learn how to park, there are kids around."
Kosheleva said she wanted to avoid a "fight" with him, adding: "I simply decided to teach him a lesson, I wasn't planning to beat him up.
"I'm a woman and fights are not for me."
Having driven him away from the scene, she dropped him off 100 metres away, she said.
Embarrassed Artyom, the driver, claimed later that "nothing happened", reported The Siberian Times .
He made clear he didn't fight back because he had previously seen her training at the gym and knew her strength.
In January, with the temperature at minus 21C, she moved two trams loaded with passengers, a total weight of 36 tons.
Earlier, she moved a 16 ton KAMAZ truck - a huge lorry-type vehicle used on Russian manufacturing sites.

The 19-year-old victim suffered a broken eye socket and a number of cuts to his face and was later taken to hospital
THIS video shows the shocking moment a gang of four women repeatedly kicked and lashed out at a man at Leicester Square Underground station.
As onlookers screamed in the background, the women beat the 19-year-old man to the ground as staff tried in vain to stop them from attacking him.
In the vicious attack, the women could be seen repeatedly stamping on the man’s head as he lay face down on the floor.
After the sustained attack, that took place just after 2am on Sunday morning, the man in the blue jacket was left splayed out on the ground, seemingly unconscious.
As one of the women prepared to launch one last attack, another dragged her away shouting ‘no more, no more, enough, no more’.
The victim suffered a broken eye socket and a number of cuts to his face and was later taken to hospital.
The four women were arrested following the horrific brawl at the tube station.
A spokesman for British Transport Police told the Sun Online: “The women – a 26-year-old from Romford, a 22-year-old from Dagenham and two other 22-year-olds of no fixed address – were arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm, violent disorder and affray.
“During their arrest, two police officers were also assaulted and one of the 22-year-olds was further arrested on suspicion of assaulting them.
“All four have since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.”
The attack comes as Britain is being blighted by repeated incidents of shocking violence.
On Saturday a 15-year-old boy in Romford, east London, became the 77th person murdered in the capital this year and the 49th victim of a fatal stabbing.
There has also been a surge in violent crime across England and Wales, with a climbing murder rate and a 22 per cent increase in knife crime last year alone.
Wooden planks and hammers were used as weapons during the violence which is understood to have taken place in Leeds.

There is not a single country in the world today whose top political position is held by a woman. Although, during the last decade, women have entered fields previously barred to them, men still monopolize the key positions in government, industry and military institutions. The questions remain: Are there innate biological harriers that prevent women trom attaining equal power? Or, is there something built into the human male that makes it more natural for him to command females than for females to command him? To answer, one must know why male supremacism has been so well‐nigh universal.
Feminists actually tend to underestimate male supremacism. They are afraid, for one thing, that, if it has been in continuous existence throughout virtually the entire globe from the earliest times to the present, then perhaps it really is natural for men to dominate women. Some radical feminists conclude that their txxlies are at fault and that women will not achieve parity unless they cease to bear children. True liberation, according to Shulamith Firestone, for example, will come only when babies are manufactured in bottles. (By bionic superfemales, perhaps?)
In all their eagerness to disprove the universality of male dominance, several feminists have attempted to resurrect semitnystical theories about a golden age of “matriarchy” when women reigned supreme over men. Yet nothing justifies the exhumation of this 19th‐century corpse. Not tr shred of evidence, hisforicol or contemporary, supports the existence of a single society in which women controlled the political and economic lives of men.
Other feminists have recently insisted that the reported high incidence of male supremacist institutions is an illusion created by the sexist minds of male anthropologists. But this idea is based on a lack of understanding of the real prejudice that does exist among
Marvin Hams, a Columbia University anthropologist, is the author of recently published “Cannibals and Kings.” anthropological fiehlworkers, male or female. They suffer from the temptation to claim that they have lived among groups whose customs are not to he found anywhere else. Far from wanting to overlook it, most of my male colleagues would jump at the opportunity to write journal articles, for example, about domineering matrons, or harems of male concubines. Knowing this about the state of the art, I find it impossible to believe that the widely reported cultural biases against women are mere motes in the eyes of male fieldworkers.
Many feminists argue that the sexes were equal when people lived in villages or small mobile groups called bands, prior to the development of the state. It is true that anthropological studies of contemporary band and village peoples do not always indicate the presence of strong male‐supremacist institutions. But most of this anthropological fieldwork was carried out after warfare was suppressed by colonial authorities and thus may lead to false inferences.
From the analysis of large representative samples of all the human societies studied by anthropologists, 1 find overwhelming evidence that males control females in most domains of social life. For example, in 75 percent of these societies, the bride must move from her own family to that of her husband's, while the opposite pattern prevails in only 10 percent of the marriages. This shift in residence immediately places the bride at a disadvantage; it is she who must adapt to life in a strange household often far from supportive parents and siblings.
Lines tracing family ancestry show the same asymmetry. Children are linked with their ancestors exclusively through males at least five times more often than they are linked exclusively through females. But even in cultures where descent is in the maternal line, married children remain with their mothers in only about a third of the cases. In another third, male children stop living with their mother and take residence in their mother's brother's household, bringing their wives with them. This pattern implies that it is the mother's brother who controls the domestic scene even though descent is in the female line. Remarkably, not a single case of the opposite of this pattern—the conferring of control on the father's sister in a society which reckons descent paternally—has ever been identified.
Patterns of plural marriage also overwhelmingly attest to the dominance of males. Men are polygamous a hundred times more frequently than women are. Furthermore, the transfer of valuables from the groom's family to the bride's is extremely common. This transfer compensates the menfolk for the loss of her valuable services. A striking fact is that In all the anthropological literature only one or two cases are known of economic compensation given by the bride's sisters and mother to the groom's sisters and mother for loss of the groom's valuable productive and reproductive services. In other words, marriage usually involves the exchange of women between groups of men; seldom, if ever, the exchange of men between groups of women.
Political institutions show the same lopsided quality. Headmen rather than headwomen are the rule; as are male chiefs rather than female chiefs. In matters religious, it is the same story: Shamans—persons possessing privileged access to the realm of supernatural beings through trances, dreams and drug‐induced hallucinations—are far more often reported as men than as women. In addition, the members of the majority of band and village societies regard women as ritually unclean, especially during menstruation. They believe menstrual blood pollutes. But they use semen in rituals aimed at improving the group's health and well‐being. Throughout the world, men menace women and children with noisemakers, masks and other sacred objects whose true nature is kept as a male secret. Men's clubhouses, in which these items are stored and from which women are exclude
