Busty Heart, 53, displayed her unusual talent to the plastic surgeons of E! Network reality series Botched .
In this eye-popping promo video the performer, from Boston in the US, jiggles her boob before slamming it down on the can held by Dr Terry Dubrow - injuring his hand.
She then pulls a watermelon out of her bag and, before their stunned eyes, smashes it to pieces in just a few swipes of her boob.
Amazingly, Busty - real name Susan Sykes - is happy with her breasts - and wants a tummy tuck from the surgeons.
"The first thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts,’ says Dr Paul Nassif.
"The second thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts.
"Basically I thought that she was coming to have something fixed with her breasts."
Her assets have made Busty rich. She owns an island with a home on it in Maine, a strip club and a cabin in the mountains.
She appeared in the film The Dictator, playing a character who uses her breasts as weapons.
She also appeared on America's Got Talent in 2008. She, perhaps unsurprisingly, didn't get through.
