Getting laid is simple, but players need to meet certain pre-requisites and complete a couple of side-quests.
Keira Metz
You’ll find Keira Metz in Keira Cottage in the Velenian Woods. You’ll also need to complete A Favor for a Friend side-quests which unlocks once you complete:
To start, clear Fyke Isle of the curse and don’t leave the place. After a while, she’ll ask you to track a delivery from Novigard.
Accept the task and travel to Hangman’s Alley. Use your Witcher’s Senses to follow the deliveryman’s tracks and find the package that Keira desires. Retrieve the package, kill the enemies, and search the deliveryman’s corpse to find a letter.
Deliver the contents of the package to Keira and accept her challenge to a race. Utilize numerous shortcuts and win the race to proceed to the next step. After the race, you’ll have three options to choose from:
Triss Merigold
The redhead has a thing for Geralt, but you need to complete Now or Never side-quest which unlocks once you complete:
During the side-quest, you’ll see some Temple Guards and Hunters near Triss’ house. You can either choose to fight or get straight to business – your call!
Head inside the Crooked House and find Triss having a conversation with her landlord on the upper floor. Moreover, do note that your actions outside the Crooked House will dictate the conversation inside.
Regardless of Geralt’s actions, the landlord will eventually leave the house. Offer Geralt’s help and no matter what Triss says; don’t decline to help her because it’ll end the side-quest. At this point, you’ll have two options:
If you choose the first option, exit the Crooked House and follow Triss to the east.
A little ahead, Triss will spot a group of enemies. Once again, you can either let them pass or engage in a fight. From the area, go north inside an alley followed by heading inside a house on the right-hand side.
Don’t let Anisse and Berthold die to complete the side-quest. If you choose the second option, head inside the Kingfisher Inn and kill three Witch Hunters.
You’ll eventually come across a secret entrance where Triss will meet up with her old friends. Once she asks you to help her escape the sewers, go down the tunnels and kill a couple of Drowners and head west from the junction.
After you arrive at the room with wooden scaffolding, head north and destroy the western wall to come to a library. From the area, destroy the weak wall on the southern side to come to a gate. Go through the gates and let Triss deal with the rats.
After she has dealt with rats, walk along the balcony and go down the stairs. Once again, deal with some rats and head south (up some stairs) into tunnels. Fight three Drowners on the east side to find a dead end ahead.
Backtrack your steps and follow the path on the south side to come to a room. From the area, travel west into another tunnel and prepare to fight the Katakan followed by heading to the Novigard Docks.
Head to wharf to meet up with Dijkstra and kill six Witch Hunters. You need to do the following in order to have Triss as your girlfriend:
Yennefer – First Encounter
In order to score Yennefer, you need to complete The King is Dead: Long Live the King quest. At the start of the quest, head inside Yennefer’s Room near the Old Port Inn. Use your Witcher’s Senses and choose Black and White clothes to wear.
After changing, head over to Kaer Trolde Keep. After meeting Yennefer, continue to follow her and take your seat inside the keep. Once inside, Cerys will challenge Geralt to a race – I would ask you to decline this!
From the Great Hall, head inside the Banquet Hall and follow the objective marker on your mini-map. You need to go through the door at the back of two arguing Jarls.
Just keep on following Yennefer and talk to her about the Mask of Uroboros. You need to head towards the window and walk along the balcony into next window. From the new area, head down the stairs and come into a room with stuffed animals.
Use your Witcher’s Senses to discover entrance to another room with real animals inside. Kill all the animals and go through the newly opened door. Head down into Ermion’s Labrotory and find the following items:
After Yennefer discovers the Mask of Uroboros, you’ll need to attack the Earth Elemental nearby. Once it’s destroyed, grab Yennefer and teleport from the area. Let her know that you want to kiss to begin the romantic interaction.
Yennefer – Second Encounter
To start the second encounter, begin No Place Like Home quest. You need to head inside the Kaer Morhen and listen to the conversation in the Main Hall. After the conversation, head towards the kitchen with Eskel and come back.
When Yennefer tries to leave, engage her in a conversation about the Wild Hunt. You’ll have two options here:
Jutta An Dimun
To start off romantic interaction with her, you need to complete Iron Maiden side-quest. From the Faroe Village of Ringvold, take the eastern path into the mountains. After discovering Skellige Warriors Sparring, challenge Jutta an Dimun to a sword battle.
Her response is dictated by your previous choices: if you killed the Leader of the Slavers during Flesh for Sale or defeated Einar of Faroe; she’ll accept readily.
However, if you didn’t do killed the said men, she’ll ask you to defeat Gundar in Ringvold or jumping into the ocean to retrieve a sword.
Geralt can easily retrieve the sword using the Witcher’s Senses. Even defeating Gundar is not at all difficult who can be found near the harbour. After Jutta accepts your duel offer, destroy her and she will invite Geralt to her place for some action in bed.
Madame Sasha
To score Madame Sasha, you need to complete Gwent: High Stakes.
Check the Notice Board to get an invitation to Novigard’s Brothel, Passiflora and participate in the Count Tybalt’s Gwent Tournament – you’ll require 1,000 Crowns and a deck worth 70 Tournament Value Points.
After speaking with Madame Sasha, play against Bernard Tulle and defeat him. At this point, Sasha will ask Geralt to steal Tybalt’s Treasure. After this, defeat Sasha in the Gwent and find Finneas.
After it, receive County Tybalt’s congratulations and either accept his challenge. Next up, travel with Sasha to search for your rewards and use your Witcher’s Senses to find a corpse.
Head downstairs and travel to the fountain near the northeast side of the area. From the area, follow Sasha’s directions to encounter Bernard and his goons.
After beating the thugs, meet Sasha or Cantarella in the Kingfisher Inn and take your newly formed relationship to a new level… or not!
Strumpets of Crippled Kate’s
All you need to do is to visit Crippled Kate’s Whorehouse in Novigard and pay 20 Crowns and choose one of the three ladies.
Harlots Of Passiflora
Similar to Crippled Kate’s, you can pay 40 Crowns to choose some of finest wenches in the Northern Realms.

Triss & Yennefer are great love interests, but you can't have both. Here are some things to avoid doing in Witcher 3 in order to romance Yennefer.
Anyone who has been a fan of The Witcher long before the video games will know that Geralt's book canon love has always been Yennefer . It's just that The Witcher games' developers kept wedging Triss between the two until she became big enough to be a main character.
The first two games prominently featured Triss and Yennefer was absent. That's why it's not hard to feel a bond with her for longtime game fans or even for book and game fans. Needless to say, navigating the Yennefer book canon romance option is like walking on eggshells. So here's a list of actions to avoid doing in order not to earn the ice queen's ire, or she'll throw Geralt into a lake.

The introduction of Yennefer was a big deal for fans of the games who were invested in the characters from the book as well. She definitely didn't disappoint with her maiden appearance in the games, and players who want Geralt to end up with her should definitely check out the following points to ensure that they know how kissing Triss affects your interactions with Yennefer, and the consequences of each interaction with Triss.
First off, let's answer the question at hand. Yes, you can kiss Triss, and you will not spurn your chance at a relationship with Yennefer. However, there are other things you can do that will ruin your chances with Yen, so keep the following points in mind if a relationship with Yennefer is something you're truly pining for.
With the two sorceresses, the point at which you'll become romantically intertwined is basically when you say "I love you." So, you can kiss Triss, but definitely don't tell her that you love her , because you'll lose Yennefer, and vice versa. After all, Geralt might be a player in the series, but there's only so much he can do to mess around with the feelings of both women before they're finally incensed by his manipulative nature.
For some reason, Yennefer only really cares if you get involved with Triss . You can become intimate with other female characters and even make a "visit" to the local brothels as many times as you want, and neither Yen nor Triss will seemingly care, or even know. Of course, given how Yennefer has had a penchant for having men other than Geralt visit, perhaps it's understandable why the raven-haired sorceress is fine with giving Geralt a free pass, as long as no feelings are involved.
This means that you won't face the wrath of either Yen or Triss for doing any of the following actions.
Now, here are the things you should definitely avoid if you really want to end up with Yennefer by the end of the game.
No matter how cute, noble, sad, or brave Triss has become in the third game, Geralt (and the players) will have to resist the temptation if he plans to stick with Yennefer . That means not actively pursuing Triss, especially during one crucial scenario at the docks.
It's that part where Geralt has the option of asking Triss to stay, instead of leaving with the mages to Kovir. This interaction will lead to a bunch of dialogue choices that won't be favorable if you want to end up with Yennefer.
Whatever you do, don't tell Triss you love her. This will initiate a romantic relationship with her, locking you out of spending your golden years with Yen. Of course, you can always try to say the golden words to Yennefer regardless, but this will lead to Geralt being a loner by the end of the game.
Back in the early stages of the game, before certain patches and updates, Geralt could actually have a casual romp with Triss at the lighthouse with no commitment. This is all thanks to the option of saying "Let's try again" instead of an explicit profession of love.
Unfortunately, this has been patched out, and the "I love you" option is all that remains. From that point on, the most casual thing that Geralt can do with Triss in a Yennefer-only romance is that drunken Hollywood-level kiss at the party . Definitely don't try anything fresh with her outside of that, because somehow Yennefer will find out, and she won't be happy. It'll be a one-way journey to the curb if you push your luck, so don't.
Being a good lover, Geralt has to remember all the little details about Yennefer's personality, from her lilac and gooseberries scent to her favorite colors . Those would be black and white - she practically wears them on her skin.
Remembering that is not just for Yennefer but also for Geralt, especially when he's choosing what outfits to wear in the "The King is Dead – Long Live the King" banquet at Skellige. In choosing to wear black and white like Yennefer, Geralt gets a special reaction from her.
Don't wear any of the other options, because (for some reason), this is enough to potentially ruin a chance at wooing Yen. It might sound like an arbitrary reason, but Yennefer is particular about these details and her needs should be respected.
It's pretty obvious when the game gives the opportunities and hints when a romantic "respite" is available between Yennefer and Geralt. The first time that will happen is in the same post-burial banquet at Skellige, where the two will take a famous detour.
The game gives Geralt a chance to be a bit daring and assertive - you'll need to take it if you want to solidify the Yennefer romance path. Besides, these two haven't seen each other in years, they deserve the alone time. The fact that it also leads to one of the most iconic moments in the game is definitely a huge positive too.
While there are several ways to strengthen the bond with Yennefer in the game, there are certain actions Geralt can take which can weaken this bond too. A great example of this is spending too much time with the witcher bros of Kaer Morhen , which can lead to Yennefer getting angry at Geralt for ignoring her.
During the drinking session with Lambert, Eskel, and Yennefer , she breaks off from the gang and invites Geralt over to join her. It's up to you which you consider more fun, just don't expect Yennefer to be a good sport about an unfavorable decision .
The first time Yennefer arrives at Kaer Morhen after so many years away, she immediately does a rather extreme home makeover... by tossing a bed in Geralt's room that has red hair on it . Geralt can confront her about this, but if he does, you need to make sure you make the right choices.
That is, answering only what Yennefer wants to hear. She certainly doesn't want to hear Geralt blaming the amnesia for having an affair with Triss. It's a good way to end up getting thrown into a cold lake. Yen is clearly not happy about the idea of Geralt sleeping with Triss, so it's best to tread lightly here while owning up to it.
