William Levy Set to Star in New Netflix Original Series

Los Angeles, April 16, 2025 – Cuban-American heartthrob William Levy is making a major return to television as the lead in an upcoming Netflix original series, sources confirm. The project, currently under the working title 'Shadow of the Past,' is described as a high-stakes thriller blending drama, romance, and suspense.

Levy, known for his roles in 'Dancing with the Stars,' 'The Single Moms Club,' and telenovelas like 'Triunfo del Amor,' has been selectively taking on projects in recent years. This new series marks his most significant TV role since his appearance in 'Starz’s The Royals' nearly a decade ago.

According to insiders, Levy will play a former intelligence operative forced out of retirement when a long-buried secret threatens his family.
