and/or litigated exclusively in the state and federal
courts located in the Czech Republic.
The parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in, and only
in the Czech Republic.
The parties agree to exclusive venue in, and only in
Czech Republic. The parties additionally agree that this
choice of venue and forum is mandatory and not permissive
in nature, thereby precluding any possibility of
litigation between the parties with respect to, or arising
out of, this Agreement in a jurisdiction other than that
specified in this paragraph.
