Will getting a refund on extended warranty and GAP insurance cause my interest to go up?

"I found myself in a vehicle accident a few months before (my problem). My claim was rejected by my insurance carrier and did not buy the damages. Fast-forward to nowadays I obtain a notice declaring that the gentleman who hit me's insurance carrier are currently demanding that I pay 6129 dollars to them. I really don't have that sort of money im only 22 and I dwell with my parents. What will they are doing tome basically cant pay them
