I am a Scorpio female (16/11/91 born at 7.30am) and my ex is a libra (16/10/91 not too sure what time) so you can see the charts.
We were together for 2 years but were always on/off. He has finished with me 4 times before but we always end up back together and he ends up regretting it. Last time we were apart for a little over 2 months and he came back and said he was an idiot for thinking he didn't love me. that was in June now were in December and hes done it again and has said all the same things as usual "its not meant to be" etc etc but i feel like I've heard it all before. all my friends and my mum and even his friends think we will sort it out but i cant deal with another long period without him. We were literally amazing the best we had ever been and he just went in a weird mood for a couple of weeks and went really distant for no reason. then ended it again. before that he was telling people he was thinking of proposing, saying how happy and great we were etc. I dont really know why im writing here just so see if anyone has any answers that i dont, any input would be greatly appreciated

I dont understand why they cant just say "id like a bit of space for a few days" or something..they dont have to end the relationship and ignore us for weeks when we both know they will come back. Today I was just at my breaking point so I told him that if this carried on that this is it because I just cant be expected to take it anymore, and he said "cool".(he never even breaks up in a decent way ha) So i guess this is the end of us now...but for how long is the question. Everytime i tell myself that this is it, but he always comes back so I dont even get upset anymore. I just feel like I'm on a rollarcoaster with him and its getting very tiresome. I dont want him out of my life for good because I do really love him, but at the same time they can't keep doing this. I dont know what to do! ahh the confusion.
To answer your question though..I dont like mind games but the whole no contact rule really does work with the libra men. I would say do not contact him atall, like atall for any reason and within a month or so i guarantee he will be back. He obviously loves you if he was thinking of proposing, but if you contact him he wont have time to miss you and think about what you are doing without him, or to worry if you have moved on. I would say just start thinking of yourself and doing things to cheer yourself up, dont see it as the end but don't be thinking he will definatly come back. Oh my goodness!!! This is so crazy to me because I have a libra man in my life and im having the same issues with him.
