Answered the mailer about car wash membership and 50% off detail. I have a new car and have wanted to protect it but just can't seem to find the time. I took advantage of the offer. I expected it to turn out really nice, but I was not prepared for the WOW. Car looks amazing! Way better than when it came off the lot a few months ago. I have a shed-monster dog and my upscale car has crappy carpeting that the dog hair binds to. I've got a great shop vac that still can't do very well with that velcro hair/carpet thing. They got it out! So BOTH the interior and exterior look incredible. Was happy to add a nice tip to the great work. Bringing in car #2 this week for the same treatment. And it's just been on dirt roads in the Sheldon wilderness. They will have a challenge inside and out, but looking forward to the results. If disappointed will update. The automated wash isn't as complete as another local competitor, but for the friendly services and great detail job and vert nice pricing, I'm making the switch.
Absolutely terrible business, please be aware they will damage your vehicle. Took truck for the full detail at $400. They sprayed so much liquid on dash that it drenched the electronic panels behind the dash and shorted out the circuits. Had to pay for truck to be towed away from the detail shop and then wait for 3 weeks to get replacement parts. Ultimately cost over $1400 for the damages caused by Wild Wild Wash. Do not trust them with your vehicle!
Always comes out clean, staff is good. The towels by the vacuums are a nice touch. They installed another row of new vacuums the last year, but took away full service which had been there since opening in 1989.
This Chevron/Carwash combo used to be called Winner's Corner, but the carwash part certainly isn't a winner any longer since changing to Wild West. I signed up for their $19.99 monthly unlimited washes. They put a sticker on the inside of your windshield and you can pretty much just pass on through and enter the wash. That, and the vacuums are about the only good thing about this place. Oh sure, you get your car washed, but...the mechanical operation of the wash is pretty spotty. The wash has broken down more that once when I've been in the middle of it. Plus at times the soap is clogged or one of the rinses doesn't work, so while it's touted as a full service car wash, it's not consistently. They'll offer to wipe out the interior after the wash for tips. But it's so inconsistent that I don't even bother with that anymore. I inquired once about a full detail (I'm supposed to get 50% off for having an unlimited membership), but I can't get anyone there to quote me a price, and get referred to their website. Unfortunately the website won't quote the price either until you give your credit card, so forget it. Ugh. It must be difficult to get kids to work in a car wash these days. But their customer service is terrible. That to me is a management problem. If you just want to run your car through weekly without any other frills this is ok. If you want more go somewhere else.
Was looking for a place to get my truck detailed but it's a truck so didn't want some 600 detail I spoke with Cody and decided to take my truck in they did a amazing job went over and above was a last min call but knocked it out within hours inside looks amazing rims and tires are perfect and the truck smells great really a amazing job thank you guys so much if you have a lifted truck but want a good wash take it to Wild West
Helpful if I even had a clue, short of going there once again, if they offer Full-Service Car Washes as they always have, but stopped for reasons unknown... Website promotes full service as usual. A call only offers a recording, not helpful & then, VM. So, if I can remember to do so, will come back with an update, will do so. Adding, if they are back to full service: Been the car wash I've utilized since they 1st opened. But only when I couldn't afford the time required at Franktown Corners CW. Considering that WWW finishes in 1/2 the time as at Franktown, obviously WWW is doing less work on my vehicle.
I was highly disappointed to arrive wanting a full service car wash and being told it's changed it's business model. They no longer offer full service but you can make appointment for personal detailing! Oh joy! Spend more and you can't drop by and get the full service you've been used to, no thanks! If I wanted to vacuum and clean the inside of my car out, I can do that at home. I can no longer drop in and have my work truck washed and cleaned when it's available. While my outside wash was good, the inside of my windows will never look as good. Disappointed in the new owners.
Although the employees are friendly the service is subpar. They charge $60 a month and now are only doing the outside of your car unless you schedule a full detail in which they give you 50% off.
Okay, so it had been a while since I've come here for a car wash, so I'll try to temper this. I had no idea that this was no longer a full-service car wash. I paid $15 for a wash that was supposed to include under carriage wash, wax, and tire dressing. I think everyone gets the same exterior wash, regardless of what they pay. Who's going to apply the tire dressing? I would have been happy to do my own tires, but all they have in the self-detail area are 3 dirty towels (NO clean ones) in the few bins they have, no tire dressing, and vacuums that are so weak they don't pick up anything!! I even tried several different stations and all horrible. What a rip-off!! I will never go back there again, not even for gas!
For thirty dollars they half assed vacuumed, drove it through an automatic carwash and dried it off. Inside still covered in dust and I had to go back and re vacuums he whole truck. What a waste of time and money. I will never return.
