Well writer Anka Radakovich has spilled the beans about what it’s like to have a lover with a “bionic” penis.
She revealed that she had a relationship with a fit 39-year-old man who suffered impotence due to diabetes.

In sex scenes, the breathing is an emotional thing, so you're discussing that journey, but then you're also discussing each individual's comfort level."
Previously, showrunner Stacy Rukeyser told Collider she thought the naked shower scene was key for showing off Cooper's obsession with his wife’s ex-boyfriend. "It was important to show how down the rabbit hole obsessed he has gotten, that he is now stalking his wife’s ex-boyfriend. It’s all internal, there’s no dialogue."
She then addressed the, er, size of the penis, and added, "No. That’s not a body double. I mean, people usually ask is it real or is it a prosthetic? I can tell you what Adam Demos says about it which is, a gentleman never tells. So, we are leaving that up to the viewer’s imagination."
According to Newsweek "a member of the prosthetics team confirmed that the scene does indeed feature a prosthesis," but we'll leave you to make up your own mind.
