Its not about titillation: stop being so narrow minded.
The half roll up and full roll up are essential for fluid movement in the spine. I break down the specific steps movements. The "C" Curve is established in the body here. I show the variations of Roll Ups that can be done as the viewer's core gets stronger and flexibility increases. Engaging the core more and truly utilizing the breath will aid in the more advanced sequence that includes raising the legs. I remove my clothes for freedom of flow and deeper connection to my self.
We will guide you through the experience and help you cultivate security, strength, centeredness and wholeness. Nakedness is often viewed with shame and fear. This practice is geared toward removing this shame, fear and other limiting self perceptions and instead bring you closer to pride, respect, honor, openness and acceptance. We help you gain confidence with your body. We are all born naked. It’s OK to be naked. There should be nothing to hide. Let’s do naked yoga and feel free!
This is the very first naked comedy show performed by Collibrina.
If enough people like her comedy, then she will do more naked comedy videos. Please help her by buying her videos! Funny and honest evaluation of what would happen if we responded to everyday jobs the way we do to people who are naked in some way for pay...all performed by an actual nude lady.
In this video I show Standing Leg Exercises and Variations. I show single and double leg movement and how they can be beneficial for the joints and spine. I challenge myself by raising the hands above the head increasing the core's need to be strong and stable. Being nude helps me to show the movement more precisely.
BASED ON A TRUE STORY:In 1972 NASA launched Pioneer 10 with a message for aliens: a gold disc with an image of the solar system etc & a naked man & a woman. But NASA removed the woman's vulva so as not to upset people. This was their thinking back then. Fast forward 2021 & a woman in a corner of Romford, East London,UK, is trying to get justice for her genitals…No wonder aliens are confused by humans. GO FANNY GO! This video is good for those who feel constantly bothered or their lives are out of balance.
Modern yoga classes teach only the asana (poses), relegating practitioners' journeys to the physical realm. However, the postures were originally practiced to prepare the body for meditation, leading to deeper exploration of the nature and capabilities of the mind and its connection to both physical and energetic (subtle) existence. Meditation on the chakras, addressing each of the seven energy centers.
How to practice a qigong-inspired shaking meditation meant to get the blood circulating, the skin tingling, and wake up the life energy inside the body. This meditation is wonderful to practice first thing in the morning to bring awareness to the whole body and can also be practiced as needed throughout the day to prevent sluggishness.
The Hundreds is the primary exercise in Pilates after your warm up. It stabilizes the trunk(torso) and warms up the core in preparation for the series of exercises to come. Though the basic Hundreds is a difficult exercise; once mastered you can challenge yourself and the strength of your core by adding some layers. By extending the legs, placing them at lower angles and/or moving the legs steadily and fluidly while pumping the arms you will take yourself to the next level. Start slow
A pranayama technique known as Breath of Joy and also give a short session of laughing yoga. Both techniques are designed to get the blood flowing and stimulate the third and fourth chakras - our centers of motivation and compassion respectively. Our brains are often thought of as mimicking the action of laughter, this causes our brains to produce the same neurochemicals as it would if we were laughing spontaneously. Laughing yoga is especially helpful for people dealing with depression
Pilates takes a lot of fluid energy with dynamic and specific movement. Breath is very important. Its takes tremendous effort on the body and mind. If you are interested in taking a Pilates class a good, efficient warm up is important. A warm up can be done by all levels. The removal of my clothes allows me to be more on touch with my body. In this video I show you how to warm up and in preparation for your Intermediate Pilates class.
This video will demonstrate how to practice walking meditation, encouraging practitioners to bring mindfulness to a commonplace activity that we often take for granted. We begin slowly, guiding the breath and focus until mindfulness is established, and then there is a silent period to practice maintaining that focus. We end in a short seated meditation for contrast.

A North Carolina woman isn't afraid to bare it all on social media while doing elaborate yoga poses, something she says its not about sexuality, but rather body positivity.
Kirsty Tavolacci has amassed more than 30,000 followers as @tiny.kirsty on Instagram, where she posts photos that see her showing off her expert yoga moves while completely naked.
The 21-year-old explained that she wishes everyone had the confidence to show themselves 'naked, natural and truly themselves' — and to that end, she does not hold back when people leave rude comments on her pictures, firing back at those who attack her for showing her nude body.
Confident: Kirsty Tavolacci, 21, (center) posts pictures doing complex yoga poses while naked on her Instagram page which has more than 30k followers
Friends: She is currently on a long-month trek across the nation which offers stunning backgrounds for her nude photos
'Why are people so mad at girls who are okay with themselves? Do you know how many problematic things they have had to unlearn?' Kirsty wrote alongside one of her nude pictures.
'How much self-destructive stuff they have had to erase from their memory? Don't patronize someone for feeling confident because you don't know the process that went into building their self-esteem.'
The former cheerleader was inspired to practice yoga after seeing people's skills on Instagram, and wanting to be able to strike such complex poses herself, according to Charlotte Five .
Kirsty, who was raised in New York before moving to North Carolina, began studying yoga on January 1st, 2016, and last April became an instructor by completing a 16-day immersion intensive in Pahoa, Hawaii.
'I was prompted to post naked yoga photos because it was freeing, liberating, and truly a form of art that not many people had seen before. The purpose of the photos is to let everyone know that they are beautiful and to let everyone know that in their most natural state, confidence and self-love is everything,' she told the website.

Not sexual: Kristy says she doesn't post the pictures to sexualize her body, but to promote confidence in others
Living her truth: 'Why are people so mad at girls who are okay with themselves?' Kirsty wrote alongside one of her nude pictures
She says practicing yoga naked makes her feel powerful and removes distractions, allowing her to focus on the 'physical and mental practice.'
She wants her page to be a place of positivity, so she is quick to delete nasty comments from critics and block those who write them.
When one of her followers left a rude comment about the size of her breasts, reacting to a picture of her naked and doing a headstand, she was quick to reply.
'You would NOT like it if someone commented on your photos saying something negative about you. As a society we should be telling others they are beautiful and empowering them, not doing the opposite as you are doing right now,' she said.
But the yoga enthusiast's posts are not only notable for the nude photos, but also for the beautiful landscapes where they're taken.
Kirsty has been on a long-month cross-country trek with fellow yogis. They have stopped in places like the Grand Canyon in Arizona and Arkansas, on their way to their final stop, Coronado, California.
She poses with clothes too: Kristy has replied to rude comments on her posts and isn't afraid to block people who offend her
Sharing her knowledge: Kirsty and her yoga partner Heather Barb wrote an eBook, HIIT to Invert, in whichthey teach readers about 'the empowerment of being upside down'.
'Fitness and yoga for me has been a complete game changer in my life. It has inspired my personal development, and I hope to bring that inspiration to the world,' the substitute instructor at a gym in Matthews told Charlotte Five.
She and her yoga partner Heather Barb even wrote an eBook, HIIT to Invert, in which they share their fitness knowledge and teach readers about 'the empowerment of being upside down'.
Kirsty also plans on teaching backbend and inversion workshops after she finishes her travels.

When I sign up for Naked In Motion ’s combo pilates and yoga class — a workout sans clothes — I have a lot of questions: When do you get naked? What if you have to fart? Do people hit on each other? (Probably not if you fart.)
While I’ve made great strides from the body-conscious teenager I used to be, I know that I’ve still got some work to do. That’s why the class is so intriguing to me. For example, I’m not the kind of person who can stand naked in a locker room without feeling uncomfortable. I don’t like seeing my body, sans clothes, when I’m in a changing room.
In fact, I’ve never even been skinny-dipping.
In more practical terms, I don’t do yoga. Ever. I can’t touch my toes — or my ankles. In other words, I have the flexibility of a 70-year-old man. Needless to say, I am a little anxious about working out naked, but I’m hopeful that the experience will help me love my body a little bit more.
Curiosity trumps nerves every time, so I show up for class at the company’s rented space in Chelsea, and am instantly surprised by how many people are there. The room is jam packed. The instructors, Willow and Adam, say it’s their highest attendance ever. While that’s great for their business, my internal monologue just says, “So, the chances of getting peen in my face during sun salutation just went way up.”
Thankfully, Adam places me in the corner of the room, where I’ll have the least amount of eyes on my bare bits. Then he hands me one of their laminated sheets of rules : “Zero cellphone tolerance. Nudity is mandatory, with some exceptions for people who are menstruating, trans folks, or struggling with body dysmorphia. No jerks allowed. Don’t presume the gender or sexual identity of anyone.”
Then the instructors repeat the rules out loud. I’m glad, especially for the “No jerks allowed” part. As a woman who’s constantly subjected, fully clothed, to catcalls in New York City, I am very concerned about the possibility of harassment in my birthday suit. It’s nice to know that creepiness won’t be tolerated.
Once the rules are over, the absolutely gorgeous Willow smiles and says, “Let’s get naked!” Despite my internal panic, I decide to take the “Fake it ‘til you make it” mentality. These people don’t know me — for all they know, I could be the Queen Goddess of Nudist Town. So I take off my clothes and stand there, feeling that sweet AC on my naked, naked body.
I take a moment to appreciate the wonderful weirdness of the moment. I’m naked. In a room full of people. Who are also naked.
I check out the bodies around me, hopefully in a non-creepy way. I notice that while everyone is in good shape, the ages range from 20s to 60s. There’s even a variety of ethnicities. I have a very #deep realization, looking at all of the strangers around me: Everyone is naked under their clothes. Yep. Take a moment for that breakthrough to sink in.
My Yoda moment gets interrupted by Willow, who instructs us to lie on our backs, bend our knees and start doing crunches. Turns out, this workout is going to be very abs-focused. And when you’re naked, that means a lot of staring at your stomach rolls. At first, I’m self-conscious. I mean, the instructors have the toned, flat stomachs of people who drink green juice and do crunches all the time, because they probably do exactly that.
Yet, after a few minutes of staring at my belly au naturale, I get used to seeing the folds of skin. Who knew? A good way to conquer body consciousness is to stare at your least favorite bits, butt naked, for an extended period of time. Free advice!
And then it’s time for the yoga portion of the class. This is when I really struggle to restrain myself from giggling like a kid, because half of the poses involve staring directly at someone’s ass. Combined with the fact that I keep falling over during the balancing exercises, I am absolutely dying of laughter on the inside. My brain is saying on loop, “I’m doing yoga. Naked. I don’t even do normal yoga. Everyone is naked. Nakednakednaked .”
Thankfully, I manage to keep myself together on the outside. I don’t even fart. I owe you one, intestines.
After an hour-and-a-half, the class is over. Now that we’re not cat-cowing, I realize I have no idea when it’s appropriate to put my clothes back on. No one else seems to be in a rush, which makes sense, as a l
