What would lead a happily married man to have gay relationship with another man?
My name is Hannah. I have been married for four years now with a girl to show for it but presently, I have a disturbing problem that could tear my marriage apart. My husband, Uzor, used to be the best man any woman can ever hope to live with for the rest of her life.
But that was before his business ran aground after the Nigerian Customs seized his goods at the Port and since then, life has been very difficult for us, with me being the bread winner of the family from my little trade business. It got so bad that he even attempted suicide once but for the grace of God.
Then a friend of his linked him up to a guy based in China who promised to help him start up all over again. I did not know the terms of their business partnership but when the man came into the country, things seemed to pick up but that also came with Uzor's change in attitude.
He had brought the guy home to introduce him and at first look, I found something odd with the man. He behaved and acted in an effeminate sort of way but since he was going to help my husband, I did not attach anything to it.
Uzor started keeping late nights, lost interest in sex and seemed to always be in the company of the man. I thought he was having affairs with some woman but since I had no evidence, I could not confront him.

I was so shocked that I passed out and when I came to, I was in the hospital. Instead of Uzor being sober and asking for forgiveness, he has even told me I have to accept the fact of what i saw as the man is the key to his breakthrough or I should pack out of his house.
He seems very happy having the man as his gay partner and does not care what happens to our marriage.

We are such a happy family. I am married to Jake, he is such a handsome man, he treats me so well, he is a woman’s dream, he is my dream come true, my friends and colleagues envy me whenever they see us together. God has blessed us with two sons, Jb 7, and Jd 4 and I am expecting a third child, we are really praying for a baby girl.
Everything has always been fine between us; ever since we started dating our relationship has been the best. Since then, it has been 10 years in marriage and I cannot complain. To us these fights between lovers are not common; I think we have just fought three times since we met.
He does everything I want, he is perfect, even after we got married things never changed. We still continued with the dates and he bought me surprise gifts every now and then. We still go to vacations during holidays and he always supports my decisions.
With him I don’t have to worry about him coming home late, because he doesn’t, he also does not drink. He is a church guy; sometimes I wonder why he did not become a Father, or something.
Jake has this friend, Job, he is his best friend, and they spend most times together. They met in high school, they were in the same school, and since then they have always been together. Even job transferred from his university to join Jake where he studied.
Jake has a man cave in the house and this is where he mostly hangs out with Job. They watch football and play video games there.
I have always been comfortable with their relationship until one Saturday evening when I noticed the two guys had stayed in the man cave longer than usual. Jake had told me that they would be watching football but the match had ended an hour ago.
He was already 30 minutes late from picking up Jb from his tennis practice, and the coach called me to ask if someone was picking him up. So I stood up and went to look for my husband so he could pick up Jb. When I reached the corridor I noticed that the man cave was very quiet. Usually when they watch football and play video games they always make noise cheering. Reaching closer I noticed funny sounds, of someone breathing heavily.
The door was not locked, and so I did not bother to nock but just opened it slowly. What I saw shocked me beyond words. Jake and Job were kissing and making out on the coach, job was completely naked while Jake had only his boxers on.
Job quickly put on his clothes and left the room without saying anything. Jake just looked at me and could not say anything. After some minutes, I broke the silence and asked him what the hell he was doing. He continued glancing at me and then later tried to explain himself.
He told me that Job has always been his lover since high school. Nobody knew about their relationship apart from some of their high school friends. He has always played safe so that I would not suspect anything. He married me so that his family and other people saw that he was normal.
I could not believe my ears, after hearing his words I could not stand there anymore. I ran to our room and cried out my eyes. That evening I did not even make supper, I packed my things and my sons’ things and left the house. I could not continue living with a man who confirmed he was gay. Oh my God, he had no shame to tell me that he is only good in bed with me after he has been “charged” by Job. He also confirmed that whenever we have sex he imagines I am Job and that is the only way he could do it.
It has now been two months since I left, he still calls and texts and asks me to go back. But I am not ready to live with a gay man as my husband.
