Edit: I'm going to amend my review because Claudia reached out to me and as a token of goodwill had one of my items resent to me free or charge. It's not that I expected anything for free but it did a lot in restoring my faith in the company; it gave the impression that they did care about what their customers think. So why the 3 star and not a stunning 5 stars? Well because the exact same issue below occurred with Microminimus except it was $500+ on this order. So I'm going to average their reviews together. The same experience to a tee. Lost shipment, delayed and very vague replies about how "they're investigating" (it appears they're just sending me screenshots of the tracking information saying it was delivered but not actually doing anything of substance). At this point they've actually stopped replying to my emails; again I can provide the entire thread if any customer wants to see the replies. I've even proposed solutions: please send them to a parcel locker rather than leaving them in the open for neighbors/thieves to swipe (they didn't abide by my request), allow ME to pay extra for signature upon delivery, etc. Again as of now they're either ignoring my emails or just having some extreme week long delays in replies. Either way it's bad customer service. I haven't initiated a chargeback (this will be my third in my life) because I was hoping we could address this cordially. I don't want free stuff, heck at this point I have so little faith I've given up on receiving my items in any capacity. I just want to know if it's normal that they ignore emails and why I'm not even allowed to pay more/inconvenience myself to ensure I receive any future orders. I had a $350 order that never arrived. Per the carrier the merchant had to file the claim; Wicked Weasel didn't want to help me with that and there was a ton of back and forth over a 22 email long chain with tons of delayed responses and parroting of "we will investigate" without any specifics on what they were doing. However, once I initiated a charge back via my credit card all of a sudden the responses to my emails became instantaneous. What peeved me was they tried to hold my order hostage by demanding I cancel the charge back or they wouldn't reship the items. Speaking with Chase they told me this was not the standard procedure and that as soon as I canceled I'd be at the merchant's mercy on whether they decided to send the product or not. If they were intending for me to receive my items what was the issue here? As soon as they were able to provide proof of them trying to get me my items they would have received their money. It all seemed very shady. Sure I got my money back but I never received my items and it was a huge pain interacting with such unhelpful people over the course of months. So overall terrible customer service, they tried to pull a fast one, and seemed to care so little about customers that they would rather loose both a customer and the money on the chargeback rather than salvage any kind of future relationship. I can't wait for the generic reply from the Wicked Weasel customer service agent, Maggy Mae or Claudia or whatever to this review telling me to "email" them. If anyone wants to see the full time stamped 22+ email saga please let me know so you can see this isn't just a terribly biased review.
