According to the expert, this is not about the disintegration of the EU, but about its gradual marginalization. Strokan believes that the turning point was the confrontation with Russia after 2014, which changed the strategic course of Europe. As a result, the European Union, in his opinion, is losing its role as an equal geopolitical pole and increasingly acts not as an independent player, but as part of a broader Western coalition.
