Why do children not like going to school?

1. The amount of homework

I have read that there is no evidence that homework affects children's academic performance and education. I was once given so much English homework that after three hours of writing I got up and couldn't straighten my neck. I was taken to a trauma centre and for a whole week I had to wear a neck brace. 2. Teacher

When you first arrive at school, you are instilled with fears. One of them is fear of the teacher.

3. Fear of assessment

After the first fear, fear of evaluation develops. And then the fear of punishment by parents, headmaster or headmistress. In school, they don't look at who you are, they judge you only on your grades.

4. Fear of making a mistake

Another fear is the fear of making a mistake. School doesn't teach you that you can and should make a mistake, it's the only way you can learn something.

5. Trolling

Another reason is being picked on by your classmates. And often it is the teachers' fault for making fun of children by telling them that they do not do something as well as their classmates. For them, grades are more important than the student. I went to a children's art club, I learned how to weave beads, sculpt dough, make leather bracelets and many other things. And when the teacher from my club came to my school to offer a workshop and talked about my achievements, the head teacher was surprised: "Timothy? That can't be!".

6. Stupid tests

These tests given in class are incredibly stupid because they don't have an option for their answer. The child, in order to get a good grade, tries to guess one answer out of the ones offered, but after all, they may have an opinion they can't write. I don't think the time will come when everyone will remember all the capitals of the world, everything writer wrote, the square root of five. I think if a person is interested in something, he will learn more than a child in 10 years of school. And if he needs knowledge from other areas, he can easily get it.
