Why can't we have Medicare for all?

I have my own health insurance . How will I be affected by these proposed Health-Care reform actions?

Identification assume the 8 might have cheaper insurance to certain organizations due to it having four doors lol But my problem is I am been considering progressive and 19 and I have to pay for $1200 every 6 months of the vehicles for just one! I've a clear record and required the security course too. Might that be possibly cheaper today if I was under my parent's insurance
