Japanese don't shave (like most of the asian world), even their Olympic athletes don't shave their underarms. Anyway, Japanese like hygiene and cleanliness... How come? Is it only a western culture??

I couldn't agree more. A hairy pussy is a major turn-off. Even sometimes pros like those working in soaplands don't have their pubic hair trimmed, like westeners do, and it's really off-putting. Hopefully paipan will become common practice. Personally i like to see it trimmed in a thin rod shape. On the other hand it turns me on to see women with massive underarm hair so it's kind of strange. Some mature whores intentionally leave it there knowing that makes some guys horny.

I do not know of ANY Western man who shaves his underarm. The women shave theirs in Japan as they do in any other country.
Having hair or not having hair has nothing to do with hygiene or cleanliness. It is a choice to not shave as much as it is a choice to shave. Some Japanese shave but many do not because they choose not to. Many Western women do not shave and even fewer Western men shave at all.
