Why OTA doesn't work

There are 2 possibilites, if this happens then it is possibility no 1, if that doesnt happen then read no 2:

1. Go to the site https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NopeNopeGuy/OTA/main/whyred/thirteen_plus, if it doesnt work then it means your Internet service provider is shit, mega shit infact, and you will not be able to get OTA updates, contact your shitty ISP and tell them to allow that website. Screw JIO and all services that use JIO as backend. BTW: IT IS AN OPEN-SOURCE PLATFORM, OPENSOURCE. WHY BLOCK IT, IT DOESNT EVEN HOST ILLEGAL SHIT ONLY OPEN SOURCE STUFF, CALL YOUR ISPs to unblock
