The uPVC/Composite handles are made from robust materials, and are ideal for doors with multiple points that need a heavy-duty design. The handles are inline and use the same spindle and screws to fix them. They can be easily mounted on a new or existing uPVC/Composite door.
The handle can be placed and angled to accommodate the needs of all users. The handle has been endurance tested to 200,000 cycles, which allows for the assurance of the quality of the finish as well as the performance of the handle over time. The sprung lever is also adjustable to accommodate a wide range of locks. This is useful for narrower doors where the cylinder is situated further away from the door. A shorter lever is an excellent option for doors that have latches that can be activated by the thumb turn inside.
Lever Pad
A Lever Pad upvc door handle operates differently than lever handles that are found on the majority of doors. These handles are operated by one spindle or two spindles inline or offset. They are usually employed on UPVC double glazed doors. They come in many variations & finishes.

When selecting the replacement UPVC handle and spindle, it is important to match the dimensions of the PZ on both the multipoint lock and the uPVC door. This measurement is also referred to as the 'handle centre' or 'cylinder centres which is a crucial aspect to match the appropriate handles.
Once you have the proper PZ size, you'll have to ensure that the handle lever pads and push pads are a suitable shape for the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) approved handles you require for your doors. They typically have of a round or square shape, with an internal lever and an external push pad.

Euro Cylinder
Cylinder locks are commonly used on uPVC doors, but can be utilized on other types of door. The cylinder lock is operated with a key that unlocks the cylinder's casing. This reveals pins that can be aligned with the pins in the lock and allow them to turn the revolving camera, thereby opening the door. Euro cylinders can be fitted with up to six pins. External and internal doors require different levels of security.

These spring cassettes have been specifically designed to be used with multipoint locks that are sprung They will not work with non-sprung multipoint handles. You will need to have a hole specifically cut in your backplate in order for them to fit (please check the image for a technical diagram). These cassettes are a solution to broken or missing cassettes that are in the backplate of uPVC door handles. They have a square cut out which allows for an 8mm spindle to be used and they are supplied individually.
