Item upgrade is a system that lets players increase the stats of armor, weapons, and trinkets. It also offers some unique effects and special effects.
Most upgrades increase stats linearly. For instance, a level 20 Muscle Band will give you +1 attack and +.5 percent attack speed. The system also has the potential to fail, which will consume all upgrading materials.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a type of upgrade component that can be put in gathering tools to give bonus effects or improvements. They can be bought from the marketplace or dropped from dungeons and Helltides. Each Glyph has a radius of its own. Players can use them to boost nodes in the radius. In addition to boosting nodes, some Glyphs provide additional rewards for meeting certain conditions. These rewards can include units, XP, or other resources.
The most popular glyphs tend to provide either significant buffs or significant nerfs for various types of units. Players should be aware of their options before committing to them. The glyph of Nilrend, for example, is a great chance of negating the order marker on an opponent's deck, giving players a slight advantage in the initial stages. The effect of this glyph diminishes as more units are added to the board, and the odds to negate a unit decrease.
Other symbols have a more immediate influence on control of maps. For example, the glyph of Valda increases the range of all ranged units by 1, which is an impressive increase for units that often struggle with low mobility (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). This glyph can also be useful for melee units that otherwise struggle to get into position to deal harm.
Some glyphs, like the Discretionary Ligatures glyph, are created to improve the appearance of fonts and may feature additional characters beyond the standard set. This is usually done to make the font look more realistic or add additional embellishments.
The Glyphs Panel menu allows users to create an individual Glyph set by selecting the glyphs they wish to include and then adding them to it. After adding a custom Glyph Set users can view it by selecting View Glyph Set within the Glyphs Panel menu, and then selecting the name of that glyph Set.
Growthstones
These items are similar to berries in that they permanently boost your abilities. However, unlike the berries, they don't increase your HP. Growth Stones are earned by completing certain events within the game or combining 2 of them in the Nitro Cube. You can also get them as a reward during the Ancient Arena Season.
You can apply them to your weapon or armor by using the Equipment Enchanting option. You can also make them in major towns by contacting various crafter NPCs and using the proper recipe. There are several different types of Growth Materials and each one can be used for different uses. Weapon Growth Stones can be used to improve weapons, whereas Armor Growth Stones can be used to upgrade armor. Active Skill Growth Books, and Passive Skill Growth Books can be used to improve skills that are passive or active.
These stones resonate with certain human characteristics inside you, making them stronger. They don't make you a better or different person, but they provide you with an extra boost of energy to face and deal with any aspect of your character you wish to change. It is your responsibility to make any genuine internal change by changing your attitude towards the thing you wish to change. This is the reason for the difference between external and internal growth. Lapis lazuli, for example is a powerful stone that increases the quality of truth and self awareness while moss agate increases prosperity and the likelihood of success.
Item Enhancers
Item Enhancers are the way players can upgrade Held Items to give an in-game stat boost or special effect that players can later transfer to their Pokemon in matches. These items are extremely useful in moving up the ranks of ranking games. This is especially relevant for players with high levels. However, the expense associated with upgrading these equipments could be a major obstacle to advancement.
The player can get Item Enhancers in many ways, including the free rewards for the process of advancing their Trainer's level, missions and challenges, or even from the Energy Reward Machine. The premium-paid version of the game also gives a higher amount of Item Enhancers as rewards, however, a lot of players will have to grind for these items.
Pokemon Unite has recently introduced an entirely new item type called Super Item Enhancers. These powerful items will let players increase the level of their Held Items to level 30. However item upgrader and rare items are not available in large quantities. They need to be carefully chosen so that a player is able to select the most beneficial item for their game.
While Item Enhancers can be purchased through the Aeos Emporium shop for 10 Aeos Tickets each They are usually available through the numerous free events that Pokemon Unite runs from time to time. These events in-game specials can dole out Item Enhancers to mark an achievement or provided as part of an event that has the duration of a specific time.
Most items boost their stats in a linear fashion as they are upgraded, but the final stats of a held item can be more than twice the initial value after it has maxed out. For example the Muscle Band increases its attack and defense stats by +1 every time it is upgraded to level 2. However, by the time it reaches level 20, the stats are +15 attack and +7.5 percent attack speed.
These Item Enhancers cost a lot, but necessary for anyone who wishes their performance to be enhanced in Pokemon Unite. It's a lot of work to get all the Held Items upgraded to their maximum but those who are patient and committed will eventually be able to get it done.
