But these flourishes don't mask mediocre performance, especially in the refrigerator's freezer and an ineffective temperature-controlled drawer. The refrigerator is expensive, so I expected better.
This fridge is a great option, despite the slight blip. It features a large freezer compartment that is not common for counter-depth French door fridges. It also has a large capacity for frozen food, which is a big difference from other models.
Inside the fridge, there are 17 shelves and compartments. The refrigerator compartment is 18.5 cubic feet, which is the standard for a French-door fridge at this price. It comes with a decent size refrigerator with an ice maker in the left door. However it's not the biggest one I've seen.
You can adjust the shelves in both compartments to create customized storage arrangement for the items you need to store. The GE PYE22PYNFS's interior design is stylish, too. The LED lighting adds a nice touch. The in-door storage bins come with a third shelf that can be folded down to store large items. The drawers have temperature controls so that you can set them to Meat, Beverage, or Deli settings. The drawers are simple to shut and open, but I found the textured plastic coatings to be a bit rough on my fingers.

It also has a vegetable compartment that keeps vegetables and fruits fresher for longer and two compressors to preserve food. The Ice maker we tested is one of the most efficient and makes the shape of a pyramid using only water. This refrigerator is ideal for a single household or a kitchenette with an elegant design and top of the highest quality food preservation.
This fridge was the top-rated refrigerator in our Refrigerators test, for a few reasons. The temperature of the freezer remained constant at just above 0° Fahrenheit and never fluctuated more than a fraction - this is crucial to prevent the risk of a freezer burn. The refrigerator section of the refrigerator also did well. It reached the initial temperature set within an hour and remained at that temperature throughout our testing.

The LG LRFLC2706S counter-depth fridge is a great choice for those who need lots of space within an extremely compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the fridge has a standard French-door layout with gallon-sized bins for the doors on each door as well as two rows of spill-capture shelves and a set crisper drawers. The upper right shelf can be folded down to give taller items more headroom. You'll also find a full-width deli drawer and an internal water dispenser.
One of the best features of this refrigerator is that the ice maker is in the freezer, which makes it simple to move the ice to the refrigerator to be used when it is required. It has a capacity that is superior to counter-depth models, and it cools evenly. It's also a little less than the most expensive counter depth refrigerator with an ice maker, making it a desirable choice.
Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a good choice when you're looking for a French door fridge that doesn't break the budget. It's a minimalist design that's not as striking visually as other models but it does have enough features to make it a solid option. Its most significant feature, the temperature adjustable drawer, helps to keep food like vegetables and meat fresher longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser, as well as an excellent Ice machine that is fast.
The "Chill Drawer", which is situated over the two crisper bins, is another excellent feature. The drawer allows you to divert part of the fridge's cooling power directly to this area, which means you can keep food items that need extra attention. This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. This fridge can be connected with a smart thermostat to obtain more precise readings of the internal temperature of your fridge.
The Frigidaire FGHB2866PF's outside is made of stainless steel with a grey body which has a "smudge-proof" finish. It does an excellent job of preventing streaks and fingerprints from appearing, even compared to glossy stainless steel finishes on other appliances I've tested.
