Why Image Generation / Transformation Might Fail?
@JSOrganization
Possible Reasons:
1. Inappropriate or Policy-Violating Content
Images containing nudity, violence, hate symbols, political figures, or any form of restricted content are automatically blocked to comply with AI policies.
2. Too Many Requests / Server Overload
When multiple users send requests at the same time, the bot or AI server may become temporarily overloaded.
Tip: Wait a few moments and try again. If it fails again, consider trying a different image or prompt.
3. Unclear, Incomplete, or Ambiguous Prompt
Prompts that are too short, confusing, or vague may cause failed or inaccurate results. Examples include:
"Do it".
"Pls work".
"Anything cool but not too weird"
"Make something lol".
While simple prompts like “Make it beautiful” or “Make it better” may work, clear and creative prompts give better results.
Tip: Try something like: “Turn this into a Ghibli-style fantasy scene” or “Make me look like a space explorer.”
4. Low-Quality or Unclear Image
Blurry, pixelated, dark, or partially visible photos (e.g., cropped faces, heavy shadows) may not be detected properly, leading to poor or failed results.
5. Missing Input (Image or Prompt)
Both a valid photo and a text prompt are required. Missing one of these will result in a failed request.
6. Face Not Clearly Visible
If the face in the photo is turned, covered, or not visible enough, the AI may fail to detect it, causing errors or incorrect generation.
7. Prompt Violation / Unsafe or Naughty Requests.
Prompts involving sexual content, harmful intent, violent actions, or disrespectful/inappropriate language will be blocked.
Tip: Keep prompts clean, respectful, and creative.
8. Child Photo Usage Restriction.
Using children's photos with prompts like “Turn into an action hero” or “Make look like a grown-up model” may sometimes work — but often fail due to strict safety filters designed to prevent misuse or misrepresentation of minors.
9. Stylization Limits & Model Constraints.
The AI may not perfectly match extremely specific or unique art styles (e.g., exact Pixar, hyper-realistic Marvel, etc.).
Tip: Let the AI interpret creatively and avoid overly restrictive prompts.
10. Reverse Stylization Not Supported (e.g., Ghibli to Real Face)
If you send a cartoon-style, Ghibli, or anime-like image and ask to "make it real" or "turn it into a real person", the bot may fail or return incorrect results. AI works better when transforming real photos into styles, not the reverse.
11. Telegram API Errors
Occasionally, Telegram API errors can cause the image to fail during the send process. If this happens, please retry after a short wait. The bot may successfully resend the image shortly after.
12. Timeout Errors (AI or Telegram API)
In some rare cases, the AI or Telegram API may take too long to respond, leading to a timeout error or failure to send the image. This is usually temporary.
Tip: Retry after a minute or try a simpler image or prompt.
What to Do if Generation Fails?
If your image generation fails, follow these steps:
1. Wait a Moment & Try Again
Sometimes high server demand or temporary issues cause failures. Simply waiting for a minute or two and retrying may resolve the issue.
2. Check Your Input
Review the image and prompt you’ve sent:
Is the image clear and high-quality?
Is the prompt specific and creative?
Make sure both are good quality and follow the guidelines.
3. Use a Different Image or Prompt
If it still fails, try a different image (e.g., better lighting, clearer face) or modify your prompt for clarity.
4. Contact Support
If you continue to experience issues despite following the tips above, reach out to support with details about the failure. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
