Why I got BANNED by Aris

Why I got BANNED by Aris

Griffin 777

For three months I was a strong contributor and moderator of two of @AriesAzazel news feeds under the Doomsday franchise. What would cause the owner of these sites to ban one of his strongest allies? Here is the conversation that led to that...

July 15th —Aris launches into a tirade
I bring up the issue of the ‘Command’ personality Aris is so fond of mentioning and pin it...

I had concerns because there were a lot of moves June 29th-30th concerning intel claimed to be intensely urgent and necessitated a ‘culling’ of the entire Doomsday franchise down to a room called Zion. Twenty admins were invited into a room called Watchers to figure out how to make all of this ‘lifeboat’ activity happen.

Aris tells me ‘these aren’t the droids you’re looking for’ but the Jedi Mind Trick only works on the feeble minded...

Because of the knowledge of Zion, Aris decided that all was lost in this effort and that whitelisting by ‘command’... was compromised. This is his explanation of why, and tells me nothing for ME to be concerned about.

My gif relates my sarcasm about the Jedi Mind Trick... Jill T steps in and discusses the other concern Aris brought up — apparently a side venture not authorized

The issue at hand was dual and I think just got to Aris who was trying to micromanage too many elements of human beings... Someone else had decided to run a business venture on the side right as we were doing the Zion / Watchers lifeboat drill.

Logistics — Money spent (by WHOM) for this effort is the center of the frustration by Aris
Aris lists out the process of intel drops and action. Apparently the concern here is that nobody is taking action?? Talks about ‘leaders’ in ‘command’ and their expectations and justifies WHY they need US the analysts / members of Doomsday / Zion

So this is where the full explanation starts coming out about why Aris is frustrated...

By listing me @Griffin777 Aris makes this a personal issue. He states that I wanted ‘instant gratification’ and then details Tier 1 and Tier 2. He also details the rally point coordinates which were the main reason we in Watchers were trying to work out how to keep anons anonymous while still giving them a method of countersigning if they needed to reach out ‘real world’ to authenticate.

This is important. The entire effort was something that I had been asked to corroborate because of a separate room Aris and ‘Command’ aka @LynGon who switched to @SDS940 identity had set up. The @SDS940 identity was literally the same one as the @LynGon who had invited me into the room... Lazy LARP or bureaucratic ‘Command’ you decide.

Aris uses ‘we inform our guys of a threat’ and this needs some unpacking.

Who exactly is ‘we’ is the crux of my issue. Command aka @SDS940 had no issue earlier in saying that they would authenticate ‘out of band’ ie. Outside of Telegram. Now all of a sudden this justification of ‘you shouldn’t question us because ‘our guys’ don’t question us’ comes up.

This is a big break in the facade.

Credentials — without them, who precisely are you helping? Why insist on blind devotion to Aris?
My response is listed. Item one is that personal OPSEC would have been broken by following the initial request, and that we all in Watchers figured out how to do so without breaking personal OPSEC only to have that plan rejected...

Here’s where things are more detailed in my objection. If Aris was telling the truth, it was simply a convenient time to stop the project on Zion. If Aris was lying... well, it was the inevitable end of a Ponzi-type pyramid scheme that collapses like a house of cards under its own lies.

Blaming everyone for the errors of a few is a typical problem that poor organizations have... it’s boot camp philosophy and doesn’t work in the real world...
More details on what occurred
Here we go...

This is the issue.. Aris explains his side of the ‘plan’ they had. True — I was told that there would be out of band authentication detailed in an NDA. What Aris leaves out is that they would need a centralized list of everyone’s locations before ‘base assignments’ or ‘NDAs’ would be issued. That was not what we discussed and of course broke anon OPSEC.

LARP... two options given
Doomsday plan laid out... no validation that there would be any kind of real safety was ‘part of the plan’ according to Aris

So all of this gets blamed on ‘the group’ by Aries... And he is the martyr

Aries, the LARPy ‘Command’ aka @SDS940 and I were all in the same room, invited by @LynGon aka @SDS940
Apparently ‘they’ selected me... like some Anakin Skywalker analogy...
I will link in the clip, but the question is strong. The defense by Aris is that the level of intelligence provided vets the ‘command’ — which is a logical fallacy and an easy intel tradecraft game to bind up your assets...
Apparently the analogy of those who dig you out of trouble not having YOUR best interests at heart is lost on Aris... It shouldn’t be lost on you.
Aris forwards off something he says is ‘from them’ — they keep insisting that they are benevolent and have our best interests at heart but only offer the quality of the intelligence as their validation of future intent.

Here we reach the point where he purged me. I’m not surprised.

What you need to decide is whether the voices in Aris head or showing up on his screen are benevolent and have your best interests at heart... and if that’s true, then I ask you, compel you to examine WHY that might be... and based on the evidence we’ve seen so far... many of us have decided to stop participating in Doomsday.
