Who is Federico Gutierrez, winner and candidate for the Team for Colombia consultation?
Federico Gutierrez, the ex-mayor of Medellin was elected as the center-right candidate. He got more than 1.7million votes.

Fico Gutierrez , a Civil Engineer by profession at the University of Medellin and holds a specialization degree in senior management at the Pontifical Bolivarian University and one in Political Science.
Federico Gutierrez has been a consultant at HGI Consultores and Resident Engineer at Company Vifasa S.A. And what some sectors do, is an attack by political strategy."
Fico Gutierrez is a brand new race
The so-called Experience alliance was formed in the month of October 2021. It was later changed to Team for Colombia. Federico Gutierrez, the Center-right coalition's candidate, was elected. The candidate now has character of support for Paola Holguin (a congresswoman from the Democratic Center who ran again in 2022 in order to win a new seat).
In several instances the candidate has repeatedly stated that his model of administration stems from public management of the masses. He also stated that politics was a calling. Gustavo Petro was second in the vote, and "Fico" (as the name he prefers to use for himself) will represent Antioquia's right.
