Everyone is talking about Queer Eye, and if you're not where on earth have you been?
One of the most popular Netflix shows this year, Queer Eye sees five gay men make-over the lives of those who need their help.
The Fab Five - Antoni, Tan, Karamo, Bobby and Jonathan - have developed quite the reputation since the Netflix series’ release.
We already have two series (go binge, binge them now), which were filed across Georgia, USA.
Make-overs have included everyone from Walmart employees to mayors and students.
If you're wondering why it all sounds familiar you may be old enough to remember the original Queer Eye for a Straight Guy - this is a reboot. The mission remains the same.
Some of season 3 is being filmed in Yass, Australia - a nod to the catchphrase ‘yas’ used in the show.
But who are the Fab Five? And where can you find out more about the stars of Queer Eye?
Born in 1984, Antoni is now aged 34 and living in Brooklyn.
He is the food and wine expert in the popular Netflix series.
Antoni speaks Polish, English and French after growing up in Canada with Polish parents.
Along with boyfriend Joey Krietemeyer, he deals in vintage furniture on the side.
They’ve been together for seven years.
Antoni has previously said that his sexuality is fluid, meaning gender doesn’t determine who he is attracted to.
He’s known for his outlandish fashion choices as well as his cuisine expertise.
Tan is English, born in Doncaster. He lives in Utah, USA.
He’s the fashion expert on the show, after developing an interest early in life.
A gay Muslim, Tan lives with his husband, Rob in the States.
He opened up recently about coming out, saying he “wasn’t allowed to talk” about his life as a gay man to his family.
During his career in fashion, he’s worked for Zara and Rachel Parcell.
As well as being a father of two, Karamo is the culture expert on Queer Eye.
He also works with MTV, hosting their hit show Are You The One: Second Chances.
Karamo also campaigns, advocating for gun safety legislation.
He works to fight against HIV stigma in the LGBT community.
The star has also spent almost a decade of his life as a social worker.
He’s engaged to boyfriend of eight years, Ian Jordan.
Bobby is the design expert on the popular Netflix show.
He was born in Texas and grew up in Missouri.
The star specialises in interior design, running his own company based in Broadway.
Bobby has spoken about facing homophobia from the religious community when growing up.
His husband is called Dewey and they’ve been married for five years.
The pair love to travel the world, visiting everywhere from Venice to Costa Rica.
The youngest of the Fab Five, Jonathan, is 31 and currently living in LA.
He’s a funny guy and the host of his very own podcast - Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness, which has over 50 episodes.
Jonathan is the grooming expert on Queer Eye.
He dropped out of school to become a hairdresser, and still works at two salons in the States.
It’s thought that Jonathan is single - the only singleton in the Fab Five.
He’s known for his hilarious personality and his brilliant beard.

Queer Eye continues to be a very bright spot for people who need a little comfort, love, and joy amid *gestures wildly* all this. So thank god that the Emmy-winning show is coming back to Netflix for a sixth season on December 31! And TBH, the show owes it all to Antoni Porowski , Bobby Berk , Jonathan Van Ness , Tan France , and Karamo Brown (aka the Fab Five ), who work their asses off to make sure people look/feel their best and embrace self-love.
And speaking of love, you’re probably wondering if the cast has found romance for themselves off camera. So here’s the general scoop: Karamo is embracing the single life, Antoni has an EXTREMELY hot boyfriend, and Tan, Bobby, and JVN are making married life look damn f-i-n-e. Let’s dive into the deets.
After meeting on a dating site in 2008, Tan and Rob France are happily married and live together in the great state of Utah (but obviously, they spend a ton of time chilling in L.A. and NYC due to Tan’s busy celebrity schedule). Much like Tan, Rob is a silver fox, but unlike British Tan, Rob grew up in Wyoming , where he was raised Mormon. The most fascinating thing about Rob, however, is that he’s a brilliant illustrator:

Tan and Rob’s love story is super cute, but their engagement was actually quite low-key. “You know, there wasn’t an actual proposal,” Tan revealed on Queer Eye. “It was a case of, ‘We’re going to get married one day, right?’ ‘Yeah, of course we are.’ We just had agreed it was going to happen one day and then we arranged the date.” Omg, guys, stop. You’re killing me.
Tan wants a crap ton of babies too. “I truly do want six. I will settle for minimum four. And no, six is not loads. It’s just enough,” he told the Press Association , which is great because he and Rob are officially parents now!
“Give our son a warm welcome. Ismail France, born July 10th. He came 7 weeks early, so he’s been in the NICU for the past 3 weeks. But today, we finally got to bring him home. We love him so, so much. Like, fully obsessed. Our surrogate is doing so great, post labor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the greatest gift in our lives,” he wrote on Instagram.
The news of Ismail’s arrival comes four months after Tan’s iconic pregnancy announcement. “So happy to finally share that WE’RE HAVING A BABY!! No, I’m not pregnant, despite this VERY realistic pic. With the greatest gift/help of the most wonderful surrogate, Rob and I are lucky enough to be on our way to being parents, this summer. Something we’ve wanted for SOooo many years. Our hearts are so full right now. I cannot wait to hold this baby and to show him so much love,” Tan wrote in the picture’s caption, along with a hilarious photo of his and Rob’s baby “in his belly.”
Bobby and his husband, Dewey Do, have been together forever , and they’re still so in love. Not much is known about Dewey (he’s private on Instagram), so here are some fast facts for ya: He and Bobby have been married for more than seven years , they live in Los Angeles, and Dewey is a maxillofacial surgeon .
