To continuously improve our services, any audio or video files you upload may be stored temporarily on our service provider’s platform, Elevate AI. These files may be anonymized and used to:

• Train our artificial intelligence models.

• Enhance the functionality and performance of our products.

This process helps us deliver better transcription accuracy, improved summaries, and more advanced features for our users. If you do not wish your data to be used for these purposes, please refrain from using the service.


No Storage of Uploaded Files

We ourselves do not permanently store voice messages, audio files, video files, transcriptions, or interactions with the bot. All uploaded content is deleted immediately after processing, unless stored on service provider’s platform, Elevate AI it is anonymized for training and enhancement purposes as described above.


Third-Party Services

We work with third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery:

• Payment Processing: Payments are handled through Cloud Payments and Stripe, where users provide their payment data directly.

• File Processing: Audio and video files are processed using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Elevate AI. These providers manage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.


Data Retention

We retain only the following data:

• User IDs: Stored indefinitely to maintain service continuity.

• Subscription records: Retained to manage subscriptions and ensure accurate billing.

No other user data is retained beyond what is necessary for operational purposes.
