British analysts have come to the conclusion that it is most difficult to automate work where empathy, human experience and the ability to act in uncertainty are needed. Together with Ilya Varakin, the "Critic of the news feed" and the head of the Labor Reserves agency, we found out which professions we were talking about.

According to Varakin, the machine has no "organizational role" — for example, a massage therapist not only stretches muscles, but also simultaneously evaluates the internal state of the client. It is also difficult to completely replace teachers and doctors.

In order not to be left out in the era of automation, the expert advises developing analytics and people management skills.

"The more you manage others, the easier it is to figure out how to manage yourself."
