Where does it say this about car insurance in California?

"my car insurance got terminated on 7 october 2011 and my car got stolen on 10 oct 2011... I have never taken any state before. It was a 2 yr-old car... If anythin...display more so unfortunate pls adviseIt's done me absolutely no superior in having insurance simply because they don't need to include anything (not my ultrasound!) and so they wish to impose me a co-pay each and every period I head to the physician (which has been a great deal lately). I'm drowning here. Does anyone know of the program I could sign up for that would assist me through my maternity/delivery
