Whenora Privacy Policy

Whenora is a local-first countdown app. It does not require account creation, and it is designed to store your countdown information on your device rather than in a developer-run cloud account.

Information Stored on Your Device

Whenora stores countdown titles, dates, repeat settings, display preferences, themes, and your selected countdown locally on your device. If you choose to add a photo to a countdown, that image is stored locally on your device and shared with the widget through the app group so the widget can display the same countdown content.

Purchases

Whenora Pro uses Apple's StoreKit system for its one-time lifetime unlock. Payment processing and purchase account information are handled by Apple. The app checks your purchase entitlement so premium features can be unlocked and restored.

Data Collection

Based on the current app implementation, Whenora does not use third-party ads, tracking SDKs, or developer-run analytics, and it does not collect your countdown content on the developer's servers.

Data Sharing

Whenora does not sell your data. The app's current design does not share your countdown content or photos with the developer or third parties through a custom backend.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual countdowns in the app. If you remove the app from your device, the app's local countdown data and stored photos are removed from the app's local storage area.
