Wheelory ("the app") is developed by Artem Avakyants ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

## The short version

We don't collect, store or share any of your data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

## Your data

Everything you enter — vehicles, records, reminders, documents, photos and files — is stored:

- **on your device**, and

- **in your private iCloud database**, if you subscribe to Full Drive and iCloud is enabled on your device. This data is managed by Apple under your Apple Account and the [Apple Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We have no access to it.

Backup and export files (PDF, CSV, `.wheelory`) are created only when you ask, and go only where you send them.

## Permissions

The app asks for access only when you use the related feature:

- **Camera** — to photograph receipts, documents and your vehicle.

- **Location (while using the app)** — to remember where you refueled or serviced your vehicle, only when you add a location to a record.

- **Notifications** — to remind you about maintenance, purchases and document renewals. Notifications are scheduled on your device.

- **Face ID / Touch ID** — to lock documents or the app. Biometric data is handled by iOS and never reaches the app.

## Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We don't receive your payment details; the app only checks your subscription status with the App Store.

## Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

## Deleting your data

Delete records, vehicles or the app itself to remove data from your device. Data in iCloud can be removed in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Wheelory.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
