The Corona crisis has turned the social order and basic liberal rights of German citizens upside down: People have to isolate themselves from each other, freedom of assembly has been abolished, children and young people are no longer allowed to attend kindergartens and schools. Cultural and social institutions were closed and members of sports clubs were banned from physical activity. All these changes mean serious emotional and financial burdens for a large proportion of people. Moreover, the regulations are a serious encroachment that cannot be justified by the existing medical risks. In view of the fundamental cuts in people's lives and increasingly contradictory reporting on the subject, a number of fundamental questions arise. Questions that the government must now answer, questions that every individual should ask of his or her political representatives. We all need clarity about the background to current decisions, about the legitimacy of the measures enacted and the prospects for our future. The following must be clarified.

1. Independence of the advisers

The German government bases its analyses on data provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), Johns Hopkins University and virologists such as Prof. Dr. Drosten. All these institutions or persons have been criticised for years for maintaining very close relationships with pharmaceutical companies and/or Bill Gates and for not always making recommendations free of economic interests. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is one of the largest sponsors of the World Health Organization.

Questions:

  1. Has the Federal Government called in advisors other than the institutions and persons mentioned above? If so, who? (name by name).
  2. If advisors without conflicts of interest were called in, what were their assessments/views?
  3. How were the assessments of these persons taken into account in media reporting and political measures?
  4. If no advisors without conflicts of interest were involved, how did the government ensure that medical information was free of conflicts of interest?
  5. Since when has the German government been aware of a possible pandemic? What are the sources of information and what scientific statements are they based on
  6. Event 2019 took place in October 2019. Did this Pandemic Exercise have an impact on political decisions of the Federal Government? If so, which ones?
  7. Were there agreements with other governments to coordinate possible measures in terms of time? If so, which ones and with whom?
  8. Were measures taken to change the constitution at short notice for a possible pandemic? If so, when, by whom and what measures were initiated and coordinated?

2. Validity of data collection

The Robert Koch Institute, WHO and Johns Hopkins University have the sovereignty over data collection and thus the basis for current calculations and projections.

Questions:

  1. How and under consideration of which sources were the data collected for actual death figures in the different countries?
  2. Why does the RKI include people in the group of infected "corona patients" although a pathogen has not been detected in these people?
  3. How and by whom was the validity of the data checked?
  4. What is the course of the annual influenza cases compared to the corona virus infections? Please provide comparative figures for the period from December 2019 to March 2020 on the following questions: a) How many suspected cases were there in both categories? b) What was the number of all tests performed? (c) Were persons tested for other viruses? (d) What was the total number of positive tested persons? (e) What was the total number of deaths?
  5. On what assumptions are the government's statements based that the current corona epidemic is significantly more threatening than, for example, the SARS 2002/2003 pandemic - for which millions of deaths were predicted? The SARS virus belongs to the same group of viruses as the now mutated virus. The WHO also declared a pandemic for the SARS virus and predicted high death rates. According to official WHO data, however, only 774 people died from this virus worldwide.
  6. Are there patients without previous illnesses for whom the new corona virus is the ONLY possible cause of death? If so, how many and in which countries?
  7. What tests are currently used? Who developed them? Who has validated them? What turnover was generated by distribution and by whom?
  8. Where can the respective validations of the tests be viewed?

3. The importance of the own immune defence

The severity of the course of a disease when infected with viruses - including new corona viruses - is largely dependent on the immune defence of each individual: The better the general state of health of a person, the easier it is for the body to defend itself against viruses.

It has been extensively scientifically proven that a strengthening of the immune system depends largely on the following factors:

  • An adequate supply of vital substances: Vitamins / minerals / fatty acids / stay in the sun or vitamin D. This supply is the basis for fully functional metabolic processes.
  • Sufficient exercise, ideally in the fresh air. The contraction of muscles and blood vessels allows an optimal supply of all cells with necessary vital substances and enables the removal of toxins.
  • Social contacts, emotional stability and relaxation or sufficient sleep. All these factors help the body to regenerate itself and strengthen the immune system during the release of happiness hormones.
  • No permanent exposure to artificially generated and magnetic radiation (mobile telephony/WLAN/DECT/microwaves/BlueTooth). These rays penetrate parts or the whole organism and cause stress in the individual cells.
  • Low exposure to toxic substances/synthetic chemicals. These include residues of pesticides and disinfectants, food industry additives such as phosphates, nitrates, glutamates, higher amounts of salt and sugar, medicines, alcohol, cigarettes/exhaust fumes. These substances damage different cell structures in the body and thus weaken the immune system.

Questions:

  1. What recommendations for a healthy lifestyle are made available to the population by the government?
  2. Does the government explain to the population that the course of a disease is largely dependent on their own vitality? If so, in what form? If not, why not?
  3. Restrictions on movement and contact restrictions can lead to severe psychosomatic and stress-related health disorders. Both can significantly weaken the immune system. How did the Federal Government take these influencing factors into account when deciding on the ordered measures?

4. Return to normality

The intention of the government is to prevent hospitals from being overburdened. For this purpose, the number of people who are infected at the same time and may need medical assistance is to be reduced. In Germany, the number of patients in critical condition and with evidence of the SARS-CoV-2 pathogen is currently low (as of 29.03.2020).

Questions:

  1. What conditions must be met so that the population can return to normality?
  2. When will citizens be allowed to gather again and meet friends and acquaintances without restrictions?
  3. When will citizens be allowed to resume full-time employment?
  4. When will children be allowed to attend kindergartens and schools again?
  5. Prof. Dr. Drosten has publicly suggested that the population be treated with an untested vaccine. Handelsblatt 19.03.2020: "If we want to make it without increased death rates among the elderly, we must override regulations for the development of vaccines". In view of the situation "we have to accept a small risk," said Drosten with regard to potential side effects of a vaccine that does not pass the usual phases of clinical testing. "The state would then have to be liable for such a risk," demanded the head of virology at the Charité hospital in Berlin. Is the government prepared to expose the population to health risks caused by untested vaccines?
  6. How does the government intend to minimize potential health risks caused by the administration of little or untested vaccine agents and drugs?

5. Proportionality and long-term economic impact

The federal government has caused a nationwide standstill in the economy with its regulations. Millions of people are now working short time, delivery bottlenecks and production stops are leading to large losses for corporations, medium-sized and small businesses. Many are facing insolvency. The German government is planning aid packages worth billions - financed by taxpayers' money - to support the companies that have suffered damage. However, these aid packages are only loans and will have to be repaid by companies. A recovery of the economy is not foreseeable at the moment. For companies, additional loans mean unplanned and long-term debt.

As a general rule, any measure taken must be proportionate to the objective pursued.

Questions:

  1. What proportionality checks have been carried out on the various restrictions on fundamental rights? For example: Why were all citizens restricted in their freedom of movement and the right of assembly and not only those who are at risk in case of infection - i.e. people with previous illnesses / elderly citizens?
  2. How were possible reactions of the population and long-term consequences for society taken into account when deciding on current measures?
  3. How can businesses - especially small and medium-sized enterprises - free themselves from the debt trap? Is the Federal Government planning a debt cut in order to relieve companies in the long term?
  4. How can the Federal Republic of Germany reduce additional debt? What are the consequences of the now further increased debt burden - especially for the next generation?
  5. How can a very probable increase of anger and frustration about restrictions on freedom and economic emergencies in the population be avoided or averted?
  6. Loans for businesses and the state will come largely from hedge funds, investment banks and super rich individuals. How does the government intend to ensure that the population does not commit to these lenders across the board? How will the government ensure that these institutions and individuals do not take a leading role in our country?
  7. How does the government want to avoid that in a globalized world we will again face such major economic and health problems in the future?
All these questions need to be clarified now. The Federal Government has an obligation to its citizens.

Criticism of Prof. Dr. Drosten:

  • "Researchers develop first diagnostic test for novel coronavirus in China". Note: The team of the virologist Prof. Dr. Drosten has officially developed the test for the novel corona virus in December 2019. Drosten and his team have also developed the test for ZIKA, MERS and SARS. All these viruses have been classified by the WHO either as a pandemic or as a major threat to humanity. It is irritating that Drosten works for a centre that markets the tests as products or develops them for the pharmaceutical industry and that the test for the new corona virus alone has already brought in around 50 million euros. Drosten has also been involved in the patents of a private pharmaceutical company. https://www.dzif.de/en/researchers-develop-first-diagnostic-test-novel-corona virus-china fbclid=IwAR1y5XqI23w2 fuqx XaLNN4WYESmsqzKNd7YXYCFBXKhiQs8bhApNVOh_yk

Criticism of the independence of the RKI or the Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO):

Criticism of the independence of the WHO:

The predictions of the Robert Koch Institute do not match the predictions and calculations of leading international virologists and doctors:

Core statement from independent virologists and physicians: There is no valid data and no evidence of extraordinary health threats.

Undisputed facts:

  • The official statistics on mortality still available and various national flu monitoring institutes show the normal course of the curve.
  • The seasonal "flu" runs as usual.
  • Coronaviruses are and have always been part of it.
  • Coronaviruses, influenza viruses and other viruses must change constantly.
  • So "new" viruses are something normal.

On the significance and application of the PCR tests:

  • The tests used have not been officially validated, but only approved by cooperating institutes.
  • The tests are often (Wuhan and Italy) used selectively, e.g. for seriously ill patients, and are then useless for the assessment of an epidemic risk.
  • Without the tests, which are questionable in their informative value and their falsifying application, there would be no indication for emergency measures.

On other risks of misinterpretation:

  • WHO is financially dependent on the Gates Foundation.
  • The unprovable pandemic scenarios are pictures to scare you.
  • Wuhan and Italy were used to produce fear-inducing images in some places.
  • Even in Italy, without the new tests, one would only see the annual flu outbreaks.
