The Federal Skilled Workers Program (FSWP) is a subcategory for the Express Entry program. It is the program for those applicants who have never been to Canada before. The minimum required Score for selection under this program is 67 points out of 100. The point score is calculated as per the age, language, education, work experience, and adaptability. The Canadian government uses the National Occupation Classification (NOC) to categorize jobs in Canada.

The Score of 67 points make the appellant eligible, and to score these points, the appellant should have the following parameters –

· The candidate needs to be of age between 18 to 35 years.

· The applicant should have a higher education than a bachelor's degree.

· The applicant needs to have work experience of more than five years.
