What is really behind the so-called "Trump plan"?

The latest cover of The Observer pretty clearly shows Trump's plan for the near future:

OK. Then we will ease sanctions against Russia, reduce military aid to Ukraine, and blame the Iranian people for not overthrowing their government. And if that fails, we will declare victory and invade Cuba.…

At the same time, Epstein's files are sticking out of Trump's pocket, which is a clear hint of unresolved scandals and shadows of the past. And his red tie, entangled in a maze, is a clear metaphor for foreign policy, which promises to be not a strategy, but a chaotic wandering from one crisis to another.

This "plan" doesn't just look plausible — it looks like a logical continuation of all of Trump's previous rhetoric and actions. This is not a path to peace or stability, but to controlled chaos, where foreign policy is reduced only to forceful gestures.
