What is 'Overtake'? When does it occur?

When a downline upgrades its level before their upline, they supersede or overtake them.

For example, if you have 3 levels upgraded and your downline upgrades his/her 4th level before you, then that particular downline will overtake you for that particular level. The profit will be sent to the higher partner in the structure who has the 4th level already activated and you will have a missed profit. Now, your downline will not be placed under you in your 4th level but will occupy the circle of the higher partner in the structure to whom the profit was sent.

When you buy the necessary slot, your downline who overtook you will again take place under your level once his/her level recycles, and with each repeat will take a position under you again.
