Unlike the overselling press release entitlted “Sweeping Judgment…” earlier disseminated by Trado and its PR company Naïma, read here a factual English summary of the preliminary injunction.
As known before, this has merely been a preliminary injunction and it looks like main hearings will have to look into the actions of both sides.
