I always eat dessert before dinner at a restaurant When at a restaurant, waiting staff always find it weird when I order the dessert before the appetizer and the main course. They ask “oh, is that all that you’re having?”. I’m like “no I just want my cheesecake first, please”. I have to convince them that I’m just a dessert first kinda guy. I'm not suggesting not eating dinner. Again, you need to set amount of dessert before dinner, If you want to have dessert. You don't replace dinner with dessert. I'm not confused as to why it would be served. All I'm saying is that when you have dessert, if you have dessert, it should be before dinner. I have treat days 2x/month so i eat all my unhealthy sweets on those day.
