What are points, rewards, and gems system? How does this work?

POINTS:

Members at @WritersClub earn points for reviewing and commenting on the works of other members who are seeking for reviews. They can use this credit further to seek reviews on their own work after they have exhausted the free #review posts.

In order to earn points, you must use #yourreview while writing review for other's work. Remember that you can only review works that have used #review.

REWARD POINTS:

You earn reward points by participating in group activities. The more you participate in the group activities the better your literary skills become. This reward system helps you get recognized in the group for your contribution as it builds your reputation. Admins of the group also reward members for some goodwill.

GEMS:

The more active and responsive you are in the group to participate in regular discussions and group activities the more gems you earn. It establishes you as a proactive member of the community and builds more trust in you.

Gems can open doors for you to be promoted.
