What are non-required auto insurances?I need information?

"i kind of pissed off an area copper by patronising him infront of his fellow reps creating them to laugh at him making him to feel a considerable amount of resent towards me which in turn later required its toll a couple of weeks later and he pulled me around and ticketed me for 4 bald tyres which my car was ordered for at my storage to own them equipped these weekend (sods law I am aware lol) anyway required it on the chin and occurred gettin A3 month bar for TT99 (means havin way too many points):'(now I've my License its back a pain tryna get f***ing insurance everywhere"I am 19 years old and also have had my license for three years now. I do possess what and a prior damage not. Used to do a quotation on progressive plus it came out quite good. I'd be getting off of my parent's insurance . Anyways what i really wanna understand is just how do I begin doing this
