The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile, multi-purpose stroller. It can be transformed from a single stroller into a double stroller by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or a glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection can be set up to a triple travel system by adding a bench or an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in all and is the highest-rated stroller. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft, breathable and sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20 percent smaller than the leading single-to-double stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is lighter, too.
It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-aboo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebars are one of the easiest to adjust and works for parents of all heights. The seats recline, and there is a footwell adjuster button to help you place your child in the most comfortable position. 3 wheeled pushchair is spacious with plenty of space, but we would have preferred a more secure latch. It's easy to access, but we found the zippers somewhat frustrating as they need to be removed completely and reattached to each use.
Like its siblings, the City Select has single-action brakes that are easy to set and release using the pulling of a lever located on the side of the frame that is lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and is a significant improvement over the awkward brake levers that other brands use.
This is the only stroller in our review that accepts two infant car seats making it an ideal option for twins or parents with a single child and a baby due. It can be used with most major brands' infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models Cybex Aton and Aton Q, and Nuna Pipa.
The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good choice for families with an infant car seat and are looking for an appropriate stroller however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that can fit an additional car seat in this case.
