ELI5: How is PunishTube and other sites that offer that genre of pornography legal?

Don't Panic!
The adverts on the side are really disturbing and i would just like some insight.
Porn is protected by the First Amendment, and as long as the people involved are consenting adults, they can pretty much do whatever they want.
OK, i get that but that's the thing some of those nasty thumbnails just don't look consensual.
See you in a week. We'll miss you in the mean time. Just remember to walk around and stretch every 12 hours or so.
Something you should understand is that just because something is disturbing to you does not equate to illegality. You may find many illegal things to also be disturbing, but there is no direct link.
The reason I question the legality of punishtube is because from the thumbnails the things happening on there appear to be a little less than consensual.

The website said it was free and I did some research and now I want to cancel but I can and it won't let me I don't know what to do now I don't have enough money to continue the subscription and it won't let me cancel

Punishtube I signed up and there is no possible way to cancel the sign and they took my debit card details punishtube.com Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
22-9-2013 i signed up on punishtube.com and they needed a credit card and it was said to be 100 percent free to sign up i sign up and they charged me on my account and they also said you may cancel charges if you delete the member portal thing but there was no sign of a cancelelation area so ive been charged 1.07 dollar and will further be charged

How to Resolve the issue on deactivation of an account linked with punishtube
I had the problem too, however there is a way to delete it. Go to the sign in page, don't log in. Scroll down and you should see something that day costumer or member service. Once you've clicked this, it may say cancel my membership. Do that, and once you finish that, there should no longer be an issue
