So yeah, when the machine stops fucking mid session it is really no fun. Then you’re just like a primative trying to do things manually… Anyway, the cause of the issue was:
Because of those two, the nut that secures the flywheel down to the small gripping area of the motor shaft got loose, and the fucking machine thrusts became irregular, or not at all as the flywheel was no longer rotating.
The solution is a new part. I re-designed the 3d printed part to fit around a 5/16th nut, and reversed the polarity of the motor, causing the flywheel to run in a counter clockwise direction.
The outside of the area that captures the nut fits a 19mm socket, so it can be threaded onto the motor shaft and tightened. Should try and see if I can break it again 🙂
This machine is based on a windshield wiper motor which is speed controlled by a hardy motor speed controller. It can be adjusted from 0 thrusts up to more than 3 thrusts per second if you so desire. The depth of the thrusts can be controlled by the various mounting points on the 3D printed Flywheel. The maximum depth with this setup is close to 6 inches, but that could be varied per your flywheel design. In our use of it, we have found that a shorter thrust, at a higher thrust per minute is most desireable. This could lead to a smaller system if you wanted to make modifications so that it was more portable.
Currently, the size of the system is perfect for sitting on a rug or some other non-slip surface and having enough weight that it doesn’t move around at all even when bottoming out on it’s stroke. Instead it tends to push the subject as it bottoms out. Partially this is due to the design of the feet, they allow for all of the weight of the fucking machine to be concentrated on less than 1 square inch, allowing for a higher weight per square inch. Use with the bolts alone as feet is perfect for a carpet surface. If it is to be used on a wood or tile floor, and not have the bolts mar the surface in any way, you can use the 3D printed feet, then the device sits on about 4 square inches, but non-slip feet can be added for additional grip. Because the feet simply unscrew, they are simple to put on or remove as conditions change.

Hopefully this project helps someone out there on the interwebs get fucked. This fucking machine is a hybrid of designs that I have found on the internet, and tweaked them to what we felt made the best overall machine, was in-expensive to make, and provided a little something we haven’t seen before.
Create a variable depth fucking machine that was able to self lube, and cum on command &emdash; ensuring that over long (potentially restrained) sessions, there was ample lubrication.

How can you actually build your own fucking machine? Do you have the great urge to have a beautiful and functioning DIY fucking machine. But you have no idea where to get the parts from. How to identify the best designs. Or where to start cobbling together the parts.
Watch out: we are going to explain it to you!
The answer depends on the amount to be spent. Well, good, that doesn’t say anything yet. But that’s because there are countless options for parts you can use in assembly. And each part comes with a different price, depending on your needs. That said. You can build a good machine yourself for between €150,- and €500-. If this indication is too high, then forget the idea.
We start from a design that converts a rotational movement into a linear one. This is the most traditional way of building your own fucking machine. A driven rotating disc converts the motion via a cardan shaft into a back and forth motion (a linear motion).
A motor You can use an electric motor (220V) or any other rotating mechanism (mixer, beater etc.).
A new electric motor can easily cost two hundred euros or more. But perhaps you can find a second-hand motor somewhere at the scrap yard. There are also plenty of household appliances with a rotating movement.
Speed controller For a 220V electric motor, you can use a dimmer for a few euros. For other low-wattage drives, it is important to find out exactly what wattage and power is needed, in either direct or alternating current. There are various converters on the market for this purpose, the cost of which is a few pennies.
Power supply A plug with wire is easily found for a few euros. Or perhaps the plug was already attached to the device you wanted to use.
Round disc A round disc is easily made. A metal disk can easily cost a hundred euros. But a wooden disk, either bought ready-made at a hobby shop, or sawn by yourself costs no more than two tenners.
Drill a number of holes in the disc from the centre outwards. In this way you can vary the stroke length of the machine. A larger rotation means a larger stroke. The middle of the slide must be attached to the engine (think of a grinder).
Rod We need two rods. One rod hooks into the holes of the round disc. The other rod only moves in a linear fashion. At the end of this rod, the attachment (e.g. the dildo) must be placed. It is good to use a Vac-U-lock attachment (adapter) for this, so that you can easily change the attachment. Choose hardened steel for the rods, you don’t want them to bend quickly when in use. Two rods with an adapter cost around a hundred euros.
A propeller shaft The PTO shaft is the coupling for the two rods and ensures that the rods can move freely. A PTO shaft costs twenty to thirty euros.
Guidance To keep the linear moving rod neatly in place, we need two upright bearings. Bearings are available on various sites for 5 to 20 euros.
Housing The motor with the disc and the upright bearings must be mounted on a frame in order to make the movement possible and to keep the whole thing stable. For a home-made fucking machine, I would choose a wooden frame. Because wood is cheap and easy to work with. You can often find an offer of wood boards at DIY stores.
Assembly material In addition, you will need parts to connect it all together. Think of screws, bolts, nuts, glue and possibly paint. You can choose something low-priced here and for the housing, or you can choose a luxurious look.
If you want to build your own fucking machine, do it just for fun as a hobbyist or because you want something special that is not yet offered. Because building your own machine often costs more than the cost of a ready-made machine.
