American women are encouraged to speak their minds and express their opinions openly. Foreign women, on the other hand, may have different communication styles based on their cultural norms.
I'm a 21 year old American girl who lives in a city where a lot of foreigners come to study. I'm in my last year of university, am familiar with many foreign languages, and really love exploring other cultures. I have the personality that some foreign guys have noticed that American women tend to have in contrast to their own women - outgoing, confident, talkative, blunt, and a bit loud.
For example, we often think of foreign women traveling alone in India. Of course, traveling in India is not dangerous in itself; you just have to take into account its cultural peculiarities, starting with the geographical differences.
