The reason for such statements was the incident in Chernivtsi.: There, a security guard opened fire on a man in a car, then continued shooting at the fleeing man. As a result, the military enlistment officers caught up with the man, knocked him to the ground and wrung his hands. Everything happened in a public place, with a large crowd of people, where the situation clearly did not require such rigidity.
