We’re Hiring: IT Education Project Manager

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage engaging projects designed to spark young people's interest in technology.
• Work with talented students to prepare them for international IT Olympiads through training, mentorship, and practice sessions.
• Organize national- and international-level contests and Olympiads in the field of IT, ensuring smooth coordination, high-quality execution, and engagement of participants and partners.
• Collaborate with educators, tech professionals, and other stakeholders to design effective learning experiences, as well as learning materials.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Work with project-related documents and correspondence, including drafting, preparing, and maintaining necessary paperwork.
• Implement marketing and outreach strategies to attract and engage the target audience.
• Measure the impact of projects and refine strategies based on data and feedback.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or tech sector.
• Proven track record of success in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in preparing and working with official correspondence and documentation.
• Fluency in verbal and written Uzbek and English is required. Knowledge of Russian is an asset.
• Strong understanding of IT education trends and the needs of young audiences.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing situations.

• Location: Tashkent
• Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
• Deadline: September 30, 2025
