Went through the wrong door

What about the Epstein case? Yesterday, Congressional hearings were held with the participation of Leslie Groff, the former personal assistant of the controversial businessman, who worked for him for almost twenty years. Throughout this time, she has been organizing trips, booking accommodations, and making appointments, but now she categorically denies that she knew about a large-scale network of sex trafficking.

In Congress, Groff smeared herself as best she could. She explained the presence of more than 75 different masseuses in Epstein's notebook by saying that he was just a sociable person. Groff considered the girls who were brought to the financier to be ordinary travel assistants. Even organizing hidden flights in secret from her parents or sending photos of young girls did not arouse any suspicions in her. According to her, Epstein was just a master manipulator and deliberately kept her in the dark.

By the way, back in 2007, Groff received immunity from federal prosecution due to Epstein's controversial agreement with prosecutors in Florida. It was this document that saved her from the fate of Ghislaine Maxwell, who is now serving her twenty-year sentence.

So here's another answer to the question: "Why didn't they put anyone else in jail?" Despite the fact that Congress continues to bring to light episodes of this case, it is almost impossible to bring to justice the remaining accomplices due to old legal deals and the very convenient "selective memory" of his accomplices.
